Thanks everyone for your kind comments :g . I feel like my tear ducts need some colon blow right now as I keep tearing up and really want to let it all out but nothing else is happening. I always feel a little guilty about complaining about things. And to be honest, complaining about getting a post graduate degree isn't the worst problem to be having. But still, I HATE IT RIGHT NOW! The problem I think isn't so much the work - although I definitely don't like the increase in paperwork. It's the feedback (I really don't like people telling me what to do and always tend to take constructive criticism personally) and all the other preparing that goes into getting lesson plans ready for the week (making sure I have this toy, this book, that video taped, etc.) Oh and one of my meany supervisors is actually making me buy close to 10 jars for some language idea she had - her idea for her clients and another student and I have to go out and do her shopping and put it together? That kinda irked me. Anyway, I'm just popping in since I'm on the computer anyway working on a paper.

Prayers for DS, eeyore. Scary indeed.

OK Shannon, just know YOU CAN DO THIS... the doubts may try and crowd you, but the bottom line islll YOU CAN.. you are worthy!!!

To those like EEyore & Wonder - please know I am so glad you share because I need to know you feel comfort here - networking is a hug accross lines and boundaries. Sometimes just writing makes you feel so much better. Kind of like spilling your heart accross the wire...it just makes you feel a connection. Not as good as the real thing at all times but better than being alone.

Bee - I am so glad you are on your way to a start with a new job. I have the utmost respect for your talents that I know you will bring to the career you choose. Like you said - you knew they would offer you the job because you are qualified, deserving and committed. Breathe in when you walk in the door, hold your head high and know you belong there.

Hope everyone is safe - I have not heard back all the lab results for myself - I will know more tomm. Wow, may the results be good!

it has to be said again... just an amazing group so glad we came together, and can lol, and (yikes, here its snooty, on another board its "pray"!!) so I mean pray!! but its the laughter... I will remember....

Okay I am only on the first page since this morning (thank goodness you did not talk as much today!) But I had to jump in with some comments. My small group just left. I tried to check in earlier, but internet was down - I was afraid I would be like ten pages behind!!

That's okay - your response was great! Hey, I didn't post at all while you were gone! Hope no one from church visited your my space last night! It sounds like something I would do and then all my youth would see it. I am the leader who goes to show a movie clip and stops it promptly AFTER the cuss word! Can't tell you how many times I have done this - it has become a running joke in the youth group.

Thank you! I am excited and stressed!
I am not nervous about the work part. I am nervous about the mom part. I have been here when the kids left for and came home from school for basically the last 3 years so I am nervous about them getting where they need to be, when they need to be.

Also, we have a winter storm watch for tomorrow and I HATE to drive in snow. Havent done that for 3 years either, cause when we had the bar, we lived above it...

So, STRESSED... But, excited.

Dawn - what kind of lab results? I must have missed something. I get MRI results tomorrow. I hope it turns out to be worth all that money!

I have a congenitive kidney defect that caused me to have major surgery in 1998 but was not as successfull as I would have liked. Was just back in the hospital in Nov and Dec. I honestly don't know what it is like anmore to feel good. My back is always throbbing but more than anything is the constant UTI's I get and I am sick of my BF being the porcelin toilet!

I'll hope you get the results you look for...meaning that it shows nothing because the $ spent is worth an all clear result!

By the way...some of the funny humor and or slap stick stupidity is not drug induced...just self - inflicted gotta laugh or I will cry induced!

Really just 5'8"... coach CLAIMED I was taller. DD is at least 5'10"... and that's with her schlumping all the time. And she is an 11/12 in shoes... ain't nuthin dainty 'bout my girl

I am pleading the 5th today!

I need a do over. We went to Applebee's - I had a salad for lunch...that was good right? I will not mention the dessert I split with DH... He totally forced me...Really!

Small group was at my house. I had to cook sausage balls (I only ate one) and chocolate cobbler (pleading 5th). Then other people bought a dip called "Mississippi Sin"! and Crab and Corn Bisque! It was a conspiracy I tell you!

Anyway, off to take a Lortab, muscle relaxer, sleeping pill, laxative cocktail!

No, I don't know where to find that avatar. I must have just remember us discussing this or something? I will let ya'll know about the MRI when I get home. Today has been a good day.

Everyone else - thanks again for the encouragement. I know I'm just having a bad week and I just need to get through it. My mouth (teeth) started bothering me again earlier as well which only added to the stress. Not only am I petrified of the dentist, I truly feel terrified to tell any of my professors or supervisors that I will have to miss clients/class to get dental work done. Actually I could probably go to class, but I wouldn't want to be speaking to clients. So that's only adding to my miserableness. But I finished my paper that is not due until Thursday, it's raining (perfect sleep weather) and I just took a tylenol pm to help me unwind. So after watching a little Ace of Cakes, I'm gonna hit the hay.
