Disability rooms?

Hi!
I'm a young woman in her early 20's. I will be going to Disney World with my parents in a few days. Back in January and February I suffered two concussions pretty much back to back. While I've been cleared by my physical therapist to go to Disney, symptoms from post concussion syndrome may arise while I'm down there. With this in mind, someone told me about disability rooms that apparently exist in the parks for those who end up getting overstimulated. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me more about these disability rooms, how they can be accessed during a trip to one of the parks and who you can talk to about this (Random staff workers in the park? Guest relations?) Any info is appreciated.

Each park has a first aid facility. The one in AK has cots. I would ask this on the disability forum.

Likely they were confusing with Universal parks who has just put in Quiet Rooms. Unfortunately those are built for young children and don't offer much respite for older kids or adults.

As stated above Disney has First Aid locations you could use. When my DS is overstimulated we seek out quieter spots in the parks with snack and drink to decompress.
