Dis Wish?

Hello all. I was wondering what was the "DIS WISH" I hear about. Is this a group trying to shed some extra pounds? I would love more info!! Thanks

The WISH board is another forum here on the DIS. WISH stands for We're Inspired to Stay Healthy. You'll find a great group of people there. Most will say they aren't on diets, but have changed their lifestyles. Some, like myself, doing Weight Watchers, other Atkins, South Beach, etc.

I've lost over 20 lbs. since I joined in September and need to get motivated as I have many more to lose before I cruise!

Oh. Thank you! I will check it out! I would love to lose some before our cruise!! I just can't understand while I can't lose this baby weight------ohhhhhh...that's right---my baby is five now!! UGH!

Welcome to WISH, <b>Pootsie</b>. Some of us are trying lose weight, some of us are exercising our way to better health and some of us are doing both of those things

Will you be joining us? I sure hope so, I could use you in my support group. The WISH support group is terrific.
