Dis Veterans are my Idols

I'm a welcomed guest with high hopes of becoming a Dis Veteran someday. I feel like Pinnochio wanting to become "a real boy". How does it happen?

I want it all---the tag fairy, cute signatures, pictures, etc....

You all are my idols and I want to be like you.

What do I have to do???????????????????

You can get an avatar by going back to your profile and choosing one! The tag fairies comment when and where they want, not much you can do there. Just keep posting till you have enough to put your own tag there! Welcome!

Welcome to the DIS, wendyl!! You 'become' a DIS vet after 75 posts, can change the writing in your screen name area after 30 days (you have about 32). You can add an avatar (picture in that area anytime (guidelines for size in the avatar section of your profile). To add pictures to your signature, go to the Tech board, where you got your countdown timer, lots of help there, make sure to read Mary Jo's thread on FAQ's. And almost time for that very first family WDW, making memories.

Addictive---let's see.....you mean when you rush upstairs to the computer after work just to read the lastest and greatest thoughts of all those who love WDW!! If that's what you mean by addicitive---I'm hooked.

You veterans have already inspired me--I figured out (by following the directions on the tech board) how to add an avatar (I'm mostly impressed that I now know what an avatar it). Now, I just need to post, post, post.

Anybody need to hear my opinion on anything----I only have about 50 more posts to go!!!!!!

Now you're telling me--in addition to great WDW advice---I can also enjoy math riddles here. I think I will have to quit my job---not enough time to enjoy DIS Boards and teach Math.
