I personally think Disney doesn't actually want to manage this service, so they make the prices extremely high to make sure it brings in a lot of money.

Yes when the basic Minnie Van service returned after Covid 19 in June of 2022 it was on property only. In December 2022 Airport transfers between WDW, and MCO returned for CL Guests for $199.

The expansion from a CL Guest only service to all Deluxe Resort guests launched on August 13, 2025, and the initial price was still $199 each way. In October (8-9) with the other yearly price hikes it went to $250 each way.
