DIS Teachers: What grade are you teaching?

I've been a sub for 23 years in ALL classes but this year I've been in the same class since the 2nd week of school and will be there the rest of the year.

So I can answer....7th grade Language Arts with two classes of 6th grade Social Studies. Love it.

I specialize in special ed classes. I do mostly special ed high school and special ed inclusion middle school. Occasionally I work in the elementary schools, but not often.

Me too! But I specialize in Pre-K ESE.

I am not sure you could really consider this teaching, but I teach a 3yr old preschool class. Just don't call me a glorified babysitter! I do come up with lesson plans every week and I have to receive 20 hours of continuing education each year.

One of my sisters teaches a 3/4 preschool class and I wouldn't call it ANYthing but teaching!!

My other sister babysits about 7 children in her home and you know what the difference is....she makes a TON of money!!!

6th grade band (beginners). I taught high school band for 12 years. Had my fill of the long hours. 23rd year overall. After this year, six years till retirement.
