When people won't take five seconds to spell check. I'm not talking about the occasional typo, it's the posts where there are many errors.

People who say, where I live it was sunny, cold, rainy, etc. and they haven't put their location down.

The Thread Police. Yeah there was a thread about whatever 3 weeks ago and they just can't wait to tell you that you should have looked for it before starting a new one.

Yes, me too, this really does happen too. Or someone who is not popular will start a thread and then someone who IS popular will start the same kind of thead and everybody replies to the popular person's thread.
I recognize everyone for what they say and what thread they start (if I like what they are saying or what their thread is about) no matter who they are.

This is my peeve, if you want to start a topic, PLEASE do a search first, to make sure someone did not already start the same topic. Or just glance two or three pages back. Currently, I believe there is no less than 3 threads on the death penalty for minors controversy.

Also, it doesn't really bother me so much as it just boggles my mind, why some people post political stuff all the time but seem to have never posted about a Disney related topic, ever. Are these regular posters on different "politics only" user names? Or are they just people who found this board by mistake? Or what? I mean, I can see spending most of your time on the CB, I know I do...but I mean, I primarily came here to plan my Feb 2004 trip and never even knew about the CB until at least a month or so after I joined... I'm talking about people who never, ever post anything not political. Not cute anecdotes about their kids or pets. Not questions about home decor or products. Nothing light at all. Always heavy politics, all the time.

I gotta say, I generally agree and it's usually kind of strange.

But.... my fiance saw me on this board and started looking around. Some of the political topics kinda pushed his buttons, so he created an account and posted in a few of them. (He's not a well-known user-- less than 100 posts so far, but he *is* here).

I've actually made him post in Theme Parks, Restaurants, and Resorts a few times just so he doesn't look like a troll!

One of mine is the notorious "loose" vs "lose". Drives me crazy to see someone say "I hate it when I loose things." or such.

Another is when i skim so fast that I totally misread something. For example:

Did I just witness a lilboo drive by post?????

I would've sworn this said "Did I just witness a libido drive by post?????"
