Ok so how does this sound to everyone:

Meet at 12pm just outside the Disney Store in Meadowhall. Once we have collected ourselves together (depending on how long that takes) either wander around the shops or head straight to the food court. Meal at Nando's approx 1pm. If anyone needs picking up, I'd say make it about 4, that gives us 4 hours meet time - plenty of time to eat and do some shopping.

Right, I just went to call and make the booking but there's a problem - I can't find a phone number for it anywhere! The Meadowhall website doesn't have one and both the Nando's website and Yell.com have no listing of it. The only nando's in Sheffield is one in the city centre according to them.

Can anyone find a number or even an email address for this place?!!

Sorry all! Just had one of those really bad weeks (Scott having a major job interview, washing machine blowing up, financial trouble with the car and me being struck down with flu and barely able to do anything or speak) so booking tables hasn't been my top priority. I've noted down the number and if my voice reappears this afternoon I'll be on to them.

Thanks Mandy, seems to be about 99% cleared up now, just the lingering sniffles.

Right! I have called Nando's and booked us a table for 17 adults and a wee one at 1pm on March 12th. The girl I spoke to did seem to have the intelligence of a dimwitted slug though so whether or not the booking has actually gone through or not is anyone's guess. I just realised she never actually took a name for the booking but I can't imagine there being much confusion - I'll be very suprised if there's another group that big in there then!!! The silence on the line after she asked how many it was for was just hilarious!!
