What a disappointing end to what was a great season! I can't believe how lousy we've looked in the last few games. Just like that, the fun's over.
Of course both Tennessee and Florida won, which I had picked, and then the Badgers have to go and lose! Argh. I had them winning the whole thing (which, I admit, was probably a bit too optimistic anyway).

Yeah, I'd like to see Purdue win too.

I would have liked to see Purdue win as well even though I picked Florida.
Ohio State is the only Big Ten team left now. I hope they win the tournament.

My bracket is doing terribly this year. I always feel like I need to pick some upsets and of course, pick the wrong ones! Oh, well. It's still fun to watch the games.

I helped my son with his bracket and had Wisconsin as the overall winner. He's only seven, so maybe he won't realize how badly I've messed him up.

You're right, it is still fun to watch the games. There have been a lot of good games so far.

Most of the upsets I picked in the first round were wrong, too. My bracket actually isn't doing that badly, except for the fact that Wisconsin has just lost. Last year my bracket was awful.

Yeah, hopefully your son will still have fun with the remaining games! I'm still going to see how the rest of my bracket turns out, hoping that I picked the rest of the games correctly.

I know..I was trying to pick the upsets but I picked the wrong ones too..I did really well yesterday and felt good today but so far I'm not doing so well today.

I really thought WIS was going to pull it off in the end. I have Kansas picked but I'm rooting for KY.

No use in rooting for my teams to win as I'm already out of the running.

this may be a first for me, still have 7 of elite eight alive after week one, and all four finals teams, i'm usually down to two by now and rooting for one of them to win it all just for bragging rights with my buddies.

btw i went to jr high and high school with acie law iii, makes me feel old to see iv is a senior in college. and mydks are 12 and 8. i can't imagine having a college age kid. its hard for me to root for the ags though, being a diehard baylor bear. but for the good of the conference and the lone star state hope they win it all.

I am so proud of how our guys played. With the speed of FL and their height advantage, I didn't expect it to be as close as it was.

Kramer is going to be awesome for us the next 3 years. He reminds me so much of Brian Cardinal - gives up his body for the play. And, OMG, that shot from his knees against AZ!!! That was amazing!!

Hopefully the Purdue girls can make it to the Big dance.

I am enormously frustrated because my ACC teams did more poorly than I expected. The ones I picked to lose did so, and so did lots of others . Anyhow, the upside is I still have all four of my final four intact. I was able to pick some upsets (Wisconisin out on Sunday was a biggie for me). MY bracket would be in fine shape had VA Tech and Texas come thru yesterday . At any rate, I'm just all about cheering on the Tar Heels now. FWIW going back 20-30 years, they traditionally play well at the Meadowlands.

Hey, having all 4 final four teams still in is good. I've got 6/8 elite 8 still left and all final 4 left. I had some scares though! Texas and VT also killed me. (I had TX making it to the elite 8 along with notre dame...NO COMMENTS on the ND pick please).

I don't know what to do with myself for the next 3 days until more games are on.

I ebay'd tickets for the Sweet 16 at the Meadowlands...like $300 a pop. I don't think so!

A Gtown/UNC potential matchup in the elite 8 would be a fantastic game.

So far, 12 of my Sweet 16 survived. 7 of my Elite Eight are alive and 3 of my Final Four are still in it. Yu all are lucky that you have your Final Fours intact.

Everyone should try using the scenario generator on the group homepage on Yahoo...you can pick which teams will win and it will update the point totals to see who would win in that scenario..if my final 4 teams make it and g'town wins it all, I think I have enough to come out on top (and my pool at work!).

It's really neat.
