Dis Health Check-in 2nd May

Oh Tracy I really sympathise!!! I find it so hard to lose weight even though I'm hugely overweight and it should just drop off me!! I'm a lot older than you and blame my age!!! ;) Maybe it's because you haven't got much to lose. I'm eating sensibly, not drinking alcohol :scared1: and exercising like crazy every day. Never mind, I'm sure we'll get there one day!!! :sunny:

Well done on your 2 lbs and welcome to our dis health check-in. It's always best to lose a small amount as you are more likely to keep it off. Do you have a goal to aim for ? and much to lose ? Some Dis-ers on here have done incredibly well, but we all know it takes time, most of us started this in the New Year (so we've been going 17 weeks) and unfortunately we've had events like Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Easter and the odd 'I MUST have chocolate NOW!!!' day, so try not to get too despondent and Good Luck for the next week

Remember as you exercise you build up muscle which weighs heavier than fat! That's my excuse anyway :teeth:
 
Hi Guys

Well done to every single one of you. I was dreading weighing in this week after my weekend in Valencia, but thanks to the food being of very poor quality, I still managed to lose another 2lb, so thats 7lbs in 2 weeks.

Just hoping I can keep this up.
