hope you have all had a good week :)

Hiya

Well done Nat thats great news :cheer2:

I stayed the same again this week so i still have 4lb to loose to reach my target  Its very hard to shift now as it seems to be a couple of 1lbs every other week. I'm not too bothered if i don't loose it before i go though as i feel i have done very well on my diet this time..... ive never lost more than half a stone before as i always give up :rolleyes1 And i have lost over 2 and half stone  Good luck this week :Pinkbounc

Hi everyone

well done natalie and michelle

well i've lost 1lb this week it's going very slowly.

Tracy

Hi, Tracy, I'm the same, only 1 or maybe 2 lbs at the most coming off each time, well as long as its still coming off then thats good, well done natalie and michelle, keep up the good work :Pinkbounc

I was really disappointed only to have lost 1 lb this week as I've been SOOOOOOO good and done a ton of exercise each day without fail. Lots of naughty words went through my head I have to admit!!! Will persevere however!
WELL DONE Shellbell - that's a fantastic amount to have lost. A word of warning - don't be as stupid as I was - I lost 3 and a half stone in my mid thirties but now 20 odd years later it's all back plus another 3 stone!!!!! I obviously went back to my bad old ways!!!!But food and alcohol are SOOOOO lovely and exercise is SOOOOOO boring!!!!! :rotfl: Hey ho!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well done tracy carol and di on your losses.....and well done michelle even staying the same is an acheivement :cheer2: :cheer2:
its always really hard to shift the last couple of pounds and you have done fantastically well to lose what you have :)

Well done everyone:sunny: I have not lost any weight this week but I must be doing something right because I am able to get into my jeans without lying down on the bed to do them up!:rotfl2:

It's my birthday and our wedding anniversary this coming weekend so I'll probably avoid this thread next Monday!!!:rotfl:

I HAD lost another 2lbs this week but succumbed to an Indian take away last night so was too scared to get on the scales this morning!

For those who read my post last week, I'm pleased to say the auction at school went really well and we made over £7500 :cool1:

It's my parents' golden wedding anniversary this weekend so we're away at a hotel - not good for the waistline!

Well done to everyone - keep up the good work!

Thanks for the advice :)

About a year and half ago i had gallstones, when i first found out i had them i weighed 13 stone and went down to 11 1/2 through to being very ill and in and out of hospital all the time. When i had my gallbladder removed i weighed 11 1/2 which was november 03 in december 04 i weighed 14 stone :sad2: I should of stuck to healthy eating then but i didn't and started to eat all the things i couldn't while i was poorly  Indians, Fish and Chips Mcdonalds the list is endless :) Because of this i put back on all the weight and more :sad2: I have now learnt my lesson and will stick with the healthy eating. I have worked very hard to loose the weight and will work hard to keep it off. If we fancy a take away once a week we have one instead of 3-4 times :teeth: I am very happy with my weight now and the way i look  I really hope i manage to stay like this :Pinkbounc

sarah
that is a fantastic amount to raise, very well done :cheer2: :cheer2:

Well done everyone !!!

I MUST get into the 'think thin' mentality (she says reaching for another sqaure of Cadbury's Bubbly!!)......

Well done everybody. I am back on the old WW after becoming a Gold Member and losing 2 stones of baby weight I feel very naughty when I say I have put nearly all of it back on. It comes from the mentality of '' I will start again next week'' but never do and now I feel awful.
I will keep up with this thread as reading all your positive comments should also spur me on.
I have 19 weeks on Wed till we go back to WDW so 1lb a week loss will be fine by me even though I would like to lose it a bit quicker than that.
Keep up the good work and I will report back next week after I have gone back to the gym again :confused3 and hopefully have been really good

Well done everybody :cheer2: I have had a great week this week and lost another 4lb,making 11lb in total, did have a very stressful week, so I am sure that had something to do with it, but hey it was worth it. :flower:
