go vote!

Great pictures, Annie!

We liked our sideways cat 11 when we had one too. :thumbsup2

RJ - thanks - I will pass along to Daryl!:goodvibes

Still trying to decide if I should vote. (Can I write Hillary in?!):lmao: Just not digging the choices. Right NOW is probably the best time (least crowded). sigh. what to do...what to do...:confused3

DS got his braces off this morning already!:woohoo: I know - amazing, right?! He also got an imprression for his night guard - we go back in 1 week to get that. He will have to wear that at night only for maybe a year.

Me already voted!!:woohoo:

Morning everyone!!:yay:

Annie won't tell DD your DS got his braces off. She will not be happy.

Cute costumes everyone. I might get DDs posted before...Easter.:lmao:

Stymie is going to give his notice at work today.:scared: He is kind of excited in a sick and twisted kind of way.

Gotta do laundry, mail nieces birthday package, mail flight itinerary to dad (wish the man would get online) clean up my house, do more laundry, and some more other stuff.

Had a great time seeing RJ and Cheri (albeit briefly) at Disneyland. Haunted Mansion rocked and is way better out here. OK that might be just one Californians opinion.:) Crowds were minimal. Weather kinda sucked on Sunday. Bad hair pictures are a coming your way soon I am sure. So be afraid....:scared1:

Yes, please do show us pictures of all your Disney fun. And this East Coaster totally agrees...HM, along with many other rides are way better in DL. Space Mt is WAY better.

Happy Birthday, Dary! :wizard:

Congratuatlions, Neil & Jared. Big days all around here! :thumbsup2

ok... kids are gettin' off of school for Election Day???? Me thinks that's weird. Veteran's Day is next week with a day off.

Yay Cheri! :woohoo: Me got's to hug on RJ and Gert yesterday at Disney's California Adventure it is NOT DCA or DLR. Icky. The Toy Story ride is amazing and I even rode California Screamin'.

Now a question: there is this ... wet stuff, i guess, falling from the sky. Maybe I should call some one. The National Guard? The sky is falling in teeny tiny pieces! This must stop! I know, I know, Calm Down Chicken Little. Please to be edumacating Phyllis.

Phyllis..it's called RAIN!!! It is needed to DRINK and for PLANTS..ya know..the green stuff around your pool??

Kate had school today and on Veterans day..you people are ODD!!

um... I have tan concrete around my pool. And we steal most of our water from the Colorado River Project, so rain is just something that messes up the road and gets my white car dirty.

She's talking to me again!!!:woohoo: - it was good to hear your voice yesterday. It was actually a banner day for Phyl. I got's to talk with THREE Peeps!

OK, goin' to go vote. Lot's of stuff to decide on here in the "sunshine" state.

Jealous of the West Coasters here! DL AND hugs! Not fair!! (I want a new ticker! I might make a ticker to count down until I can HAVE a ticker!:rolleyes1 ) I think the HM at WDW is pretty cool since they refurb'ed it. Wasn't Space Mtn at DL closed for like 2 years while they re-did it? THAT would be a LONG time!

Good luck today Stymie!:thumbsup2

No school here today 'cuz we use the schools to vote in. I went BTW. Not happy about it but I went. Didn't know what I was going to do until the screen came up. Thought about dear old Ralph Nader for about 10 seconds then decided I didn't wait on line 30 min. to vote for him. I went at an odd time - heard it was much worse earlier. I really did almost write Hillary in though!:rotfl2: But I didn't.:goodvibes

Our school's are open on Veterans Day but we have 1/2 day on the 11th & 12th for teacher conferences which start at like 1:00 and run thru 7:00 or something.

Did I tell you that I am now addicted to Pixie Straws?!:scared: I bought a pkg. to use in our "Boo" gifts and now I can't stop eating what's left! I love sour stuff!

Pixie straws!! YUM...

Phyllis - don't look up!! No rain today here. Clear, windy and pretty cool. 62 I think. Was just reviewing a legal file for old office. :headache: Those people are lame.:rotfl:

Stymie just checked in. The President was not surprised. So far they have not decided to pay him off and have him leave now. So his official last day is the 14th. I am happy for him.

Now the fun begins. Guess I have to talk to the HR/Relocation Coordinator. See if I have to deal with a specific Real Estate Co or Agent, Broker, etc. But the good news is they pay to pack and unpack the contents of the house and garage!!:woohoo: :dance3: There is a specific exclusion for boats, planes, horses and other large animals and plants.:confused3 :rotfl:

We usually have school on election day. I think it just worked out that today was a "Professional Day" for the teachers. I know my neighbor who is a teacher went so it wasn't a "holiday" per se. We do get Veterans day off for a holiday then the 12th is 1/2 day for parent/teacher meetings. There is like no school this month. ;)

my dad was an engineer for Westinghouse and my mom said everytime they moved him, they did this...I hate to pack!!

Me too! And the best thing is if they don't pack it they won't be responsible for it if its broken when you arrive at new home.

Soooo....I guess I have to let them do their job!!;) :woohoo:

:woohoo: NO PACKING FOR GERT!!!! (I always say that if I have to move, I am just packing my clothes and leaving everything else. Let the new owners sort it all out - Phyllis be mean (or lazy))

So, you'll have to pack the boat and plane yourself? :lmao:

Hey Phyllis - you gonna post pics of that red wedding dress sometime!?

Splurging on Carrabbas for dinner for DH's birthday. We're so lame - we had no plan in place this morning so he got home from class around 6:45 & finally settled on that for his takeout dinner (we always order takeout 'cuz it's cheaper than GOING and eating there). Don't know the last time we ordered from them. Probably since last Feb.!:rolleyes1 He's picking it up now. Yumm. I just ordered a pizza tho but am still looking forward to it just for something different.

I am getting DS's sore throat. Darn it. Kids love to share those don't they?! Guess that means I'm about a day away from a cold.:headache:

Anybody else watching the election results? Weird to think it's finally over.

renee..what is up with your phone? I tried to send you a message and it says "invalid phone"

at first, I thought it was MY stupid phone..but everyone else has gotten my text
