I have a good laugh for you all. You know how last week I fought with Cam about the 5th ocean? Well Colt brought home a paper today where he had written the 4 oceans on it. I was joking with Cam saying, see...there are 4! Then Colt said "I told Mrs Kannler there are 5 oceans". Leave it to him to correct the teacher. I guess she said "no, there are 4" and he told her about the Southern Ocean. She told him there is no Southern Ocean. I think we have some splainin to do at back to school night tomorrow.

How is Cam doing with MS BTW? We have now lost our reading book for English class! And there is a homework packet due again tomorrow on chapters 11-17!! He will either get an incomplete or a 'D' now I guess.

ok..i have been playing with the new camera..so I will bore all of you because only you all and the wedding girls will get this. People have all these great artsy shots that I don't so I recreated it

Well, getting him to study and do the work is a fight as always, but so far hes had 3 tests and pulled off 83, 85, and 94 (science, soc stud & spanish). I'm more than happy with those grades.

As for being organized, I think he likes his binder thing he had to get. He plays with it enough, putting things in and out of it, so I think its more fun for him than anything. But if that keeps him organized, its all good. He seems to be doing ok with the locker and changing classes, and all that stuff. He doesnt like sitting still so I think gettting up once in a while is good for him.

B2S night for him is Thursday, so Im looking forward to that.

Ouch on the missing book. That is like the worst thing when they forget or lose something....something so simple causes so much aggravation. Good luck with the packet.

Go Cam! Good luck! I am not sure that Jared is liking MS just yet...he has attention problems and it has been a big adjustment for him. He has a rotational schedule so even though he has 7 classes he only has 5 per day - every days schedule is different. He has Reading right after PE (unless it happens to be a day that he has PE last). Anyway, his Reading class is on the 3rd floor on the far side of the building and he is having trouble making it on time. It is a pretty big school (the biggest MS student body in our county) and he is such a slow poke ya know so changing classes stresses him out. He has one speed - S-L-O-W! His grades are all posted online - everytime a teacher enters a grade for even homework I get an email so I can check it. It is very cool. His grades are good but it has been a big adjustment for him - he is still not comfortable with it yet. But I am glad you like it and are doing well. Keep it up!
