For RJ! :teeth:

yeah me & Beano!

I ditched the celery after Sunday breakfast. I was starving too much soo soon afterwards. I have no will power.

I'm coming down with a sore throat. I am allergic to chocolate BUT I eat them anyway. I just get runny noses that drains down to my throat that can lead to bronchitis. I just watch what and when I eat all that chocolate stuff. I'm suppose to pack all the clothes that are on my dining room table but I need to lie down. I watch too much Blockbuster Total Access that I go to bed around 2am. I'm going to take some vitamin C and go to sleep. I still have tomorrow to pack before I have 10 boy scouts in my house Thursday to decorate our boy scout float for our neighborhood July 4th parade.

I'm dressing DS6 as George Washington using his pirate outfit since he has a blue colonial jacket. No, no, not the same general jacket as DS10 Stonewall Jackson outfit. I wish I knew how to post pics here.

Cheri, I am emailing you my FE picture. I pleated mine but now I wish I just sewn flat pockets. I am also a lazy seamstress. I did not change thread color so you will see my crooked sewing lines.

I did buy 2 seabands from REI, my favorite store. Too bad that I don't have as much of their paper sacks like I do of Target & JoAnn's.:lmao: They were $7 there. Plus I will get 10% dividend dollars next year. AND, if i am not satisfied with it, I have a lifetime return policy. I did find ginger pills at Walmart. I also bought Bonine there. I also bought ginger chews at World Market. Now all I have to do is test the bonine for myself and DS6. I compared Bonine for kids vs bonine for adult. They are the same strength and ingredients. Am I missing something? My ped said that DS6 can take bonine. I may want to split it in half and give the halves twice a day unlike the adult just taking 1 a day.

I plan to take Bonine 1 day in the morn and eat ginger chews before lunch and dinner. I am going to wear the seabands all day except in the pool and shower. But for sure, I will wear the sebands at WDW. I always get sick watching those motion ride videos like the Star Wars Body ride and esp the Tower of Terror ride. I wish I had free tickets to Universal again. I always never make a full day there because of too much roller coaster rides. I hate that dippy feeling in my tummy.

May

On our first cruise I split a Bonine in the morning with DD who at the time was 6 - we did this the first 2 or 3 days and then quit. We were neither sleepy nor "over medicated" feeling. We were just not sure what to expect. We did take the ginger altoid candies but they tasted so nasty we threw them away and drank ginger ale instead.:thumbsup2

Got disposable cameras for DD and an underwater for DH and travel sized toiletries at Target today. Now I can start packing! Bathing suit should be here in a few days....good taste eh Cheri!?

What does that leave??sunscreen, cameras, fe gifts, secret presents for DDs

Oh yes, get passports out of safe and complete online sign in! You know I am going to forget to do that!:rotfl2:

:lmao: I fell off the wagon yesterday! Had a Big Mac at Walmart yesterday (but no fries)! :rotfl2: Why is it as soon as you say you are going to diet a Big Mac can taste so-o-o good - almost like a delicacy?!:confused3 :rotfl:

OK...anybody got any suggestions for something to take to the neighbors on July 4 (anything but beans she said)!? Put your suggestions here:

Goin' to an island....goin' to an island!

12 days until we leave

Annie: Big Macs are always good! I just can't remember the last time I had one...??

May, you are allergic to choclate??? Like very allergic and have to stay away from it? Can you eat white chocolate?

Ok, very important question here for everyone Is anyone else or their family members allergic to chocolate?

12 days for the Croutons!!!:cool1: You can start checking the 15 day forecast. Ok, I know that changes daily, but its still fun to check when you know you are that close. ;)

I got my docs for the 3 nighter last night. :cool1: We had gone to my neighbors for some drinks and when we got home I had a present waiting in the door for me.

And yep, gotta agree. Even though people often laugh at McD's, I just love Big Macs and their fries. I probably have them about once a year, but I do love them!

alas, no, I still carry every piece of chocolate I've ever eaten.

:thanks: Cheri - thanks for the ideas!

CamColt - no allergies for us!:thumbsup2

I am eating a salad today to make up for the Big Mac. I freely admit that I don't know a thing about nutrition or dieting. Dieting to me is simply counting calories (and if I'm really bent on making something of it, writing everything I eat down & making sure that I stick to the recommended portion sizes etc). ANYWAY, I try to eat a salad for lunch once or twice a week to break up the lean cuisines and leftovers but I am not necessarily a fan of the low-cal / low fat dressings diet dressings...but so I wanted to share one with ya'll that I found that is neither...it is a regular salad dressing but I don't think it's all that bad for your diet and I really, really like it - it has some kick to it. It's Kraft "Roasted Red Pepper Italian with Parmesan". It's only 35 calories (per 2 TBS). 20 of those from fat. Saturated Fat is -0- g and Trans Fat is also -0- g. That's pretty OK isn't it?!:confused3

Ok, after 4+ hours Im back from the salon. Got my hair straightened so I'm one step closer to the cruise now! :thumbsup2

Where's all da peeps today?!:confused3 Had DS's swim meet tonight...BEEG team they went against...3 heats for just about everything. We decided not to sign DS up for the Fly this week. He's just not ready and would probably just DQ again. He is left handed and his left arm is so much stronger...his right arm just does not move quite in unison with his left yet. He's good with the kick...but not the stroke if that makes any sense. SO...we got to leave after he did his Backstroke. He dropped another 5.5 seconds off his Freestyle but his time was almost 4 seconds worse on this Back. They were saying that it was a slow pool. :confused3 Who knew there was such a thing. Anyway, the competition pool was shallow and there were two wells on either side (one even more shallow and one deep). Something to do with these wells affecting the way the water moves thru the pool - it's more stagnant or something so they have to stroke harder. I don't know. That's what they were saying and all I know is he improved in one event and slowed in the other. It was a bit disappointing for him 'cuz he's worked so hard...and the other team was so-o-o big...he didn't stand a chance to place. We went to get some dinner after we left and I discovered that I'd left my sunglass case at the pool. So we had to charge back over there...I switch between my regular glasses and RX sunglasses and didn't want to loose my "real" glasses! I had put them on the table next to us then this other lady had come & put her stuff down on top of my case...so I just missed putting it back into our bag when we left 'cuz they were buried. But WHEW! I was frantic for a bit thinking I was stuck in my RX sunglasses and that I may have lost a $400 pair of glasses!:)

CamColt - how often do you get your hair straightened? That lasts for awhile, right? I hope!:goodvibes

Uncle Tim is a baaaaad influence on innocent Bob.

Bob is going to be Auntie Phyllis's driver.

CONGRATS BOB! RJ, does your announcement in teeny tiny letters mean we, in CA, should be worried when Sir Bob is on da road?

When my grandpa was teaching my mom to drive, he would often say," how can such a smart person be such a terrible driver." Not drawing a parallel here though.

Aunt Phyllis: nope Bob is really a pretty good driver....not to be worrying

worrying....thats my job;) :rotfl2:

Congratulations, Bob!!!:thumbsup2

That is scary, RJ! I've been doing it for almost 3 years now and I'm addicted. My hair was so bad before this is just amazing to me. Silly as it sounds it really has made my life so much easier. Its worth every penny and every ounce of pain. ;)

Annie, its usually between 4 & 6 months, just to get the new growth done. This time it was exactly 4 months but thats just becaude my stylist is going away next week and I wanted it done before the cruise. I could have gone a while longer if we didnt have the cruise coming up.
