So now the question is where and what time? We will be arriving about 10:30 am on the 7th so any time after 11am is good for us. I think World Showcase would be fun, Italy perhaps since it has such a large area for meeting.

No particular time. We are actually not leaving Florida until the 8th or 9th and are traveling 45 miles south to stay with family on the 7th. So we are available most of the day. We will be in Epcot for lunch at Tutto Italia at 1:30

So would you want to meet before or after? It is just myself and DH this trip so we will be at Epcot anyway for a bite to eat and an adult beverage so just give us a time.

We should be , our flight is getting into MCO at 9am , so I figure ME should have us at the BWVs be around 10/10:30 am we check in with front desk / bell service and off we go to Epcot . I think World Showcase opens at 11:30? Why can it not be 3 weeks until May vs 3 months. I am just so excited to get to the World... having fun planning however.

I love this part of the planning! It is a lot of the fun for me. Looking forward to something great when I have, let's see, three feet of snow! Maybe more!

3 FEET We just got done with last weeks storm (about 10 inchs) our driveway is about 3/4 of a mile long with big gates and we had to start shoveling at around 5pm and were still going at 11:30 pm ( I have a kennel and we have to have everything clear for the dogs , the cleaners and groomers)we saw the limbs coming down off the bigs trees lining the drive and decided it is time to go in. The next morning we started at 6am and were not done until around 2pm. I truly feel for you, we are still looking at the snow from that and were worried about the storm you just had. Where are you at? If I was not able to plan this trip I do not know what i would do.

We are in Maine! We got about 6 inches yesterday and 20 inches today!!! Plus we already had some!

I swear we are going to have a sledding party for DD's July birthday we have so much snow this winter! Last year I think we had about three feet ALL winter!

Honestly my DD hasn't had a full week of school in 2011!

This is just crazy for us!!

I think crazy may be an under statement . We will have to have a toast to surviving this winter, especially to you. Have you ever tried the Bellini? I love the Chianti and with antipasta (spelling on that one)at Tutu Italia, the Lemonchello is a good one also, but for later on in the day.
