Dis-Dream Academy RP

James: "Nope. You'll just have to wait like the poor wittle underclassmen have to!"
Olivia: She put a hand to her forehead, feigning distress. "Woe is me."
OOC: Oh btw Hailie, it was discussed way earlier, but there's going to be a school announcements crew that will do their thing during homeroom. I'm only allowing one character per person, so only two people have put in one of their characters so far. I have not done so. Would you like Olivia to be part of the announcements crew?
OOC: Sure! Thanks for telling me, I completely forgot.

Eric: He walked into the room. He decided not to skip class.

Finny: She walked into the room.

Jo: She walked into the room with havelock.

Marci: She walked in with Jacqui. "Better get to your kissing up now so you can get some solos."

Jacqui: "Oh shush. I'll get them the fair way, by blowing everyone away." She laughed.

Cass: She walked in with Mike. "Hey Mr. Arthur. Are you ready to hear my tone deaf voice again this year?"

Mike: "Stop it Cass! You can sing, you just need to sing louder."

Cass: "Well you can't sing so."

Mike: He just rolled his eyes.

James: He quickly finished up his conversation with Jordan. "That's good, tell him I said "hey"."

He turned his attention over to Matilda.

"What's that? Matilda?"

He started playing "Revolting Children" on the piano.

Jordan: "Will do."

Matilda: "Yes, that's my name, I have no idea what my parents were thinking."

Olivia: She put a hand to her forehead, feigning distress. "Woe is me."

OOC: Sure! Thanks for telling me, I completely forgot.

OOC: No prob

Jordan: "Will do."

Matilda: "Yes, that's my name, I have no idea what my parents were thinking."

Mr. Arthur: He smiled at her. "I'm totally kidding. Welcome aboard, nice to have you."

Eric: He walked into the room. He decided not to skip class.

James: "Welcome back, guys!" He called at everyone walking in.

Natalie: She walked in with Hayden and Carter behind her. "Hi, Mr. Arthur."
Hayden: "Sup CHOIR!" He shouted as he walked in.
Carter: "Hiii Mr. Arthur.

James: "Hey guys. Settle in everyone, the bell is a-bout-to-RING."

Mr. Arthur: He smiled at her. "I'm totally kidding. Welcome aboard, nice to have you."

Havelock: He entered with Jorunn.

Helena: Just before she entered the room, she dusted off the ice on the bottom of her shoes that had turned her shoes to skates and had allowed her to move quickly through the halls. "Yo, Mr. Arthur!"

Hugo: One of his four favorite classes, Choir. "Hello Mr. Arthur!"

James: "Yooo, you two. Just missed the bell!" He said. "Three... two... one..." he pointed upwards and sure enough, the bell rang. "Alright, settle in you guys, take your seats!"

Jacqui: She found out from everyonein the room saying hi to the teacher what his name was, so she said to him, "Hi Mr. Arthur."

Jacqui: She found out from everyonein the room saying hi to the teacher what his name was, so she said to him, "Hi Mr. Arthur."

He nodded to her quickly. "Hi."

Then he addressed the class. "Alright, my name is Mr. Arthur and I am the director of vocal music here at DDA, or as you non-pretentious folk call me, "the choir teacher". I'd like to think all of you are here to enjoy a great learning experience, but as they say in showbiz- let's cut the crap. I can't make you sing if you don't want to sing, that only hurts my choir. If you'd like to transfer into study hall this period, please sign this piece of paper. Those of you who would like to "waive away your right to sing in the choir" can do whatever you want this period, all I ask is that you remain quiet."

He took out a piece of paper and gave it to the first students to pass around.

Olivia: Hearing the bell and Mr. Arthur's instruction to do so, she sat in the closest empty seat to her and fiddled with her bag.

Nancy and Wade (who was dragging Veronique): All three entered the classroom.

Wade: "Sorry Mr. Arthur. My, uh, housemate, or, rather, army-base-mate" he began, elbowing Nancy, "is new to the school and she got lost so I had to find her because of it. And Veronique - well, you know Livre, can't get a book out of Livre's hands - or is it her head out of a book?" He looked at Veronique, who was STILL reading. He cleared his voice, and did his best Army Officer yell (which means it was VERY loud and VERY harsh). "LIVRE! WE ARE IN CHOIR NOW YOU NERD! SHOW SOME RESPECT!" He was secretly pleased when he noticed a bunch of people were surprised, an a couple of freshmen (fish) had even fallen over.

Veronique: She dropped the book, and her eyes were wide. "I'm SO sorry Mr. Arthur!" She really did like Choir, it was her second favorite class after English.

He nodded to her quickly. "Hi."

Jacqui: Oh, there was no way she was signing the paper. She loves singing.

Eric: He thought about whether or not he'd sign it, but he probably wouldn't since he would like to try to sing. For all he knows, he could be pretty good.

Marci: She knew Jacqui wasn't signing it, so she wasn't signing it either.

Finny: She didn't want to sign it.

Mike: Even though he can't really sing, he wasn't going to sign it.

Cass: She whispered to Mike, "I'm going to sign it."

Mike: He whispered back, "Don't, you can sing. You know me, I'd tell you if you couldn't."

Cass: "Fine."

Jo: She asked Havelock, "Are you going to sign it?"

Havelock: "I don't know. I've never tried singing, but I really don't want to be alone, you're the only person I know here."

He nodded to her quickly. "Hi."

Olivia: She ignored the paper completely when she was finished putting her things to the side, there was no way she'd leave this class. As she went to cross her legs to get comfortable Wade yelled and she almost fell out of her seat, luckily she was able to keep her place despite the surprise. Noticing some of the fish fell over she giggled.

OOC: How do you guys feel about extracurriculars? You know, like after-school plays, Student Council, sports teams, ROTC, newspaper/yearbook, speech/debate, perhaps a band/orchestra? Do you think we have enough teachers to coach or sponsor? Do you think we have enough students to participate? I mean, one of my teachers was in such a small school that the graduating class was in the double digits, sometimes single digits, and we saw in her yearbook that her brother was in just about everything, but I don't know how comfortable everyone is with doing that.

Havelock: "I don't know. I've never tried singing, but I really don't want to be alone, you're the only person I know here."
Jo: "I probably won't. I at least want to try singing."

OOC: I don't know. I know you saw the set I posted with the school mascot, but I also added cheerleading uniforms to it so cheerleading is a club option. I don't know about anything else though.

OOC:I don't really care either way.

Atarsi:She was an wonderful singer she wasn't signing it .
Cerulean:She was pretty good at singing she would not sign it.
