Sorry about the loss of your Mom Pam.



Sarah and I took it and weren't exactly thrilled wth it. It was just ok. Our guide was trying to talk in a spooky voice but just couldn't pull it off. Also there was a lot of time when he wasn't talking at all. It was a bit dull for us. I can't remember the cost. Has anyone taken it and really liked it?

Thanks for the tip DH said if it's over $100 for both of us then we are not doing it for sure. I am still bummed that our MHP tickets don't have an AP discount since it is a Friday night. This must be a new thing.

2. Who will be at the park October 12-14th? We will be celebrating our anniversary, but I would love to say hi if some of you are around.

I figured we would hear more about Disneyland but they kind of just told us the history of Halloween. It was very slow going.

We did get a ghost relations key on a light up lanyard and a rice crispy treat.

I know we go to ride haunted mansion but I'm not sure what else

I haven't read forward, so forgive me if anyone else has mentioned this. If you are upgrading to the AP, make sure you have used your park hopper ticket for any Magic Morning entries first, as those will not be available after you upgrade!

Yes... I thought about that..unfortunately our only MM this trip won't be until the last day of our stay, and I don't want to miss out on meal discounts. So I am thinking I will upgrade to an AP for myself the first day, use it for discounts, and then send my kiddos in with the rest of the family on MM. Bummed cuz I wanted to ride dumbo with my younger son... but it'll all still work out.

So I don't think I told you guys, my dance teaching "job" has been extended. I'm still doing Mondays but I was also given Fridays and Sundays, we aren't sure Sundays will stay available but I guess they are happy enough with me that they want more days from me. LOL

Hi everyone. I have been off the DIS for a while. My mom was terminally ill for several months. She passed away a couple of weeks ago, so there has been a lot going on.

I am going to try to get on the DIS more often so I can keep up with the posts.

Also... this is gonna sound really dumb but I can't find where the price/cost is for the Meet and Greet. Judging from previous pictures, it is quite a spread, but I can't find where that's written down somewhere and it would sure be useful in trip planning. Can anyone help me out?

Yes ladies, it's that time. We are now accepting sign-ups for Thursday's party at the Carousel Hotel @ 5:30. It's always a great time, so you do not want to miss this. Especially if this is your first time, it's a great way to meet everyone. And, the snack/candy table is delicious! Mmmm-mmm.

So, if you are planning on attending the Meet and Greet party, I need you to let me know. Post here if possible, or on our Facebook page. The list will be on the front page, so you can check and make sure you are on it if you are planning to attend.

We have a large group signed up for this trip, and knowing approximately how many will be at the party will help us get a better idea of how much food, drink, etc we will need. Please sign up as soon as you know whether you'll be there or not.

To multi-quote you click the quotes button next to the button that says "quote", it's a little smaller, then when you get to the end of what you want to quote you hit the bigger quote button and they are all there. Took me forever to figure it out too. lol

So glad it's Thursday.....I'm just ready for the week to be over. lol I'm tired and need to sleep a lot on Saturday. haha Not really, but I'd like to sleep until 9 or 10, especially since I'll be at the bar Friday night. I'm thinking I might take my sweetie on a "date", maybe to fondue and then a movie, but I'm not sure just yet. I have to pay bills first.

Still trying to get a trip in October worked out, I'd like to take the girls and do the MHP, just have to make the budget work with me on it and it's proving more challenging then I thought, because I have to make my Blue Fairy costume from scratch and the top is going to be $62. Luckily everything else I've paid about $40 total for, that counts tights, shoes, skirt, ribbons, glitter, random stuff for jewelry and my hair.....I guess that's actually not too bad at all....hmmmmmmmmmmm
