Dis Dieters wk beginning 13th November

Can't believe it - 4 1/2 off! I gained last week which was a first since I started but still i was shocked tonight. Got my stone & half award and club 10 award as i've now lost just over 10% of my body weight since starting.

Feeling really pleased so hope to maintain next week and not put it back on :rotfl2:

Only 7lbs to target! I actually got in some jeans today that I haven't worn since having my daughters who are now 4 & 3! :Pinkbounc

To be honest I don't want to get to target before my trip to DLRP in 3 weeks as I don't want the pressure of getting there and then putting some back on. I would rather get the holday weight gain over with and then reach target - if this makes sense???

I've lost 1/2 a pound :thumbsup2 Can't quite believe this as I have been out a couple of times this week. I've continued exercising in the mornings, so I think that this has certainly helped :)
 
Well done everyone :goodvibes I haven't been to the gym either yesterday or today so can't weigh myself although I have been good this week. I will pretend I have stayed the same. ;)
 
I'm eating cake at the moment but it is charity cake for CiN, that doesn't count does it? ;)

I suppose we could let you off with it ~ Remember it is for charity, so don't eat the whole cake :)

I bought 4 rice krispie cakes & 4 cornflake cakes. I've eaten 3 so far!

Tracy, I am not following a diet. I am just trying to eat sensibly and try to go to the gym 3 times a week.

Note that I have used the words "trying" and "try". :rolleyes: :rotfl:
 
I'm following slimming world - find it really easy. Having said that I hosted an Usborne book party last night (as this is what i do) and I had a large glass of wine and then started on the nibbles.......that 4 1/2 lb just went back on :lmao:
