Thankfully I've lost the 2.5 lb that I gained last week. I've done a lot of extra walking this week so hopefully I'll be able to keep it up over half term.

I must confess I don't feel very optimistic about Friday's weigh-in. :sad2: I've hardly moved all week which I think has made my metabolism virtually shut-down!!! :eek:

Plus I just seem to be craving doughnuts and/or crisps which doesn't help!!! :scared1: Ah well, I will do my best... :upsidedow

Our body's are amazing, it's funny how we all have weeks like this every now and then, I had an amazing foodie weekend and found myself slipping into old ways on Monday and it was really hard to resist and I wouldn't say I've had the best two days but I think I've manage to dodge those cravings.

Off to toddler group in a mo with my diet coke - that way I don't go near the tea and biscuits;)

Oh my, if you were there on Saturday night then you may have seen a group of my friends in the bar area (the bit they section off before the loos;)) I only couldn't go as we were at my Mum's for the weekend :sad2: My friend was celebrating her birthday, what a shame I couldn't go, would have seen you:rolleyes:
 
I have been shamefully slack at keeping up with this thread over the last few days again, I'm so sorry. In my defence, having had 3 days off work sick last week, I am mega busy trying to catch up and haven't even got time to go back and see how everyone's done at the moment.

So, can I just say a massive well done to all the losers, a commiserations to the gainers (if there are any) and wish everyone good luck for the coming week.

I have lost 1/2 lb this week, which is about right after a pretty naughty weekend (trying to feed the cold and starve the fever ;))

Back to the grindstone and hoping for a big loss this week, though.

I am hoping for a nice loss this week my jeans are feeling a lot losser so fingers crossed as I had my race for life jog and have been doing lots of walking.:goodvibes
 
OK guys I am back. Dropped out at the beginning of February when my gran died and everything went a bit haywire.

Promised myself every Monday I would start afresh but never got ther - was never in the zone ;)

Feel a bit more positive now ( and all my clothes are beginning to groan) so here I am ready to go :)

I've lost 0.9kg this week which was probably helped by managing to get in 4 days of walking this week. I've only got to loose another 0.9kg and I'll be under 12st :eek:

Had to weigh in day early this week as I can't make weigh in tommorow lost another 1ib this week. :goodvibes Its slowly going in the right direction.

Goodluck for next week Nat sure it will come off very quickly.
