not a good month for me at all.
I was finding it hard to stick to Atkins properly so thought I would try the 'eat what I want but less of it' diet. Err, no. Didn't work. 6lbs showed me that
I needed to come off my diet (that I wasn't really doing properly and getting frustrated with) to know I wanted to go back on it properly - if that makes sense!
1st June is the start of Atkins again for me. I know it works for me as I have lost over 3 stone on it. I just need to knuckle down and do it.
Well done to everyone who did well and to those who are disappointed, June is another month and you will do well
Oh, forgot to say. I stopped smoking 2 weeks ago and it is so hard not to eat!!

Good Luck too Well I completely lost the plot the last couple of months weight-wise, personal difficulties and such and put back on a stone
But I knocked it on the head week before last and weighed in 7lbs lighter today (for the last 2 weeks) so i'm really pleased with that.
Hopefully i've found what works for me now and i'm happy with that so we'll see. Having booked to go back next year is a big incentive too
