Well done everyone on some fab losses. I've lost half a pound this week, which I suppose is better than my usual sts. I'm more determined this week though, as I bought some new swimwear at the weekend and it would look so much nicer if I lost another stone.

Good luck for March, everyone. I think it should be easier with spring coming. I seem to naturally eat a bit less in spring and summer.

Mornin' Nat

15st 8 3/4 this morning so not to bad.

Going in the right direction at last Tone - well done :thumbsup2

well done Natasha, and good luck to everyone this month. I am going to be super good this month as next month I will be going to WDW, yay!. Only lost 2lb in Feb.

Great incentive to lose a bit more then - good luck :goodvibes

well done Tasha :cool1:

I have lost 2lb this week so back on track, I am going to try much harder this month as I was a bit slack last month. Started well yesterday as we went on a 4 hour walk at the seafront

good luck to everyone this week :wizard:

Congratulations on the 2lb loss :)

Well done to Tasha and to everyone else who's still loosing :thumbsup2

I've not been posting on the weight loss thread but as I've just got in from a 45 minute walk I'm feeling all fired up  I've lost 8lbs in Feb which I was pleased with and I'm heading the right way towards my goal. When I started I wanted to have 23kg gone by the time I go to Florida in July and it's looking like I'll manage that so I'm going to revise it and hope to have 30kg gone (about 66lbs) by the time we go.

Good luck to every one in March :goodvibes

Keep up the good work Jakki, you're doing really well

I had another awful week this week, finishing cakes at 3, 4 and 5am (making them not eating them :rotfl: ) does not bode well for the waistline but I have an easy week this week cakewise so I hope to do alot better.

Weightwise I have stayed the same though so it's a hugely much better result than I was expecting :thumbsup2

Good luck this week and well done Natasha :thumbsup2

Well doen for STS and not going in the wrong direction - gotta stop eating those cakes though ;)

Well I weighed yesterday but not at my normal time, I did it after eating rather than before, and i'd put on a pound :sad2:

Must try better this week.

At least you know why Claire - better luck for next week :goodvibes

I am back after my few weeks absence since DD's op. I can't remember when I last weighed in on here but my total loss is 10lbs since we I joined Nat's fat club;) in Jan - I think my loss before that was 9lbs.
I've probably lost 1lb in three weeks.
Haven't been very good the last few days but I'm back on track today:thumbsup2

Good luck for March everybody:) Think of all those summer clothes you'd love to wear. My new motivation is our May half term week in DLRP - I want at least a further stone off by then.

ETA: Somebody noticed at school this morning that I had lost weight :cool1:

Good luck hun :)

well Done Nat for being slimmer of the month :cool1:

ive got 10 weeks before my holiday to lose as much as i can :cool1:
working really hard this week so hoping for a good loss. :goodvibes

good luck everyone.xxx

Good luck this week Nicky

Reading previous poster's comments about people noticing they've lost weight, I thought I would post my not-particularly-funny-but-slightly-ironic story about when MIL was down a couple of weeks ago.

She is always going on about how well SIL has done when she has been on a diet, along the lines of 'She looks fantastic', 'Oh, she's a lovely slim size 10 now' etc. etc.

I deliberately hadn't told her I've been dieting since Christmas, thinking she might notice when she visited. DH has been dieting also but not doing very well at all and has STS since January.

Anyway, she arrives on the Friday afternoon and we're all sat chatting when she turns to DH and says 'You look like you've lost weight. Have you?' DH replies 'Yes' which is an out-and-out lie and there's me sat there over a stone lighter and not a single word from her until DH mentions I've been dieting when she looks at me and says 'Oh, I thought you looked different too Joh' - In-laws, who'd have 'em

:thumbsup2 its fab when other people notice x

Nat's Fat Club!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

:rotfl2: thats gonna catch on !!

It's going very slow for me but I'm only doing it by increasing exercise not reducing my food but since I've really upped the running I can see the changes. I'm in the correct weight/height ratio but a far too many wobbly bits! :lmao:

My Dh has commented too and although he's the last person I would need to impress (he loves me what ever I look like  ) it's nice that he's noticed.

I love reading about everyone's fantatsic losses and it spurs me on to keep going.

I've never been one for getting on the scales so find the weekly weigh in a chore as the results can have such an effect mentally, however, I will keep at it.

Some of you have had some fantatsic results :thumbsup2

Toning up is just as important but less easy to measure

In-laws, who'd have 'em

:lmao: not me !!!!

She sounds like mine :sad2:

I think it does go much more slowly when you're in the right weight/height bracket and the toning is harder to see. Despite regular and punishing gym attendance, my tum is still quite wobbly! TBH I don't think anything (bar surgery) is going to change that as I'm in my mid-forties and had 3 babies that between them weighed virtually 30lbs...

...My Dh has commented too and although he's the last person I would need to impress (he loves me what ever I look like  ) it's nice that he's noticed.
Awww that is so sweet... :goodvibes

Such a familiar sounding story, Joh!
I always think my MiL is determined not to ask me about anything to do with my life so I wasn't surprised when she didn't say mention the fact that I was 2 dress sizes smaller than when she'd last seen me!!!

In-laws, who'd have 'em

Not me, if I had anything to do with it... :headache:  :sad2:

Me too Karen (except for the having 3 kids part  ), I'm going to do some walking this week, and hopefully start doing some more exercise over the next few weeks

I forgot to mention earlier

:wizard: :wizard: Good Luck with your weigh-ins this week everyone :wizard: :wizard:

Sadly, that would be the sort of thing my Mum would say :confused3 :sad2: It's my MIL thats far more supportive, she doesn't tempt me with her lovely home made baked goodies, and always gets in more fruit and weight watchers cakes when she knows we're going to visit - she's cool:thumbsup2

:rotfl2: thats gonna catch on !!

Glad you like it;) I think you should head all the threads "Nat's Fat club" I'm sure you'd get far many more punters, Nat:)

When I saw you before christmas there wasn't a wobble in sight:)

I'm not sure if any of the mum's on the threads feel the same as me but I do feel (and it's been proven) that "tummy wobble" lets call it, particularly lower tummy wobble is really hard to get ride of if you've had c-sections. It's such an agressive interuption and damage to tummy muscles that they often never return (naturally, anyway) to how they were.

:lmao: might try that next month !
