Dis Dieters, weight loss and support July 2010

Well done to everyone - I think it's hard just to keep going, but it's definately worth it.

Talking of parents moving, my mum moved this week and we all helped out, so my routine had gone this week.

I stepped on the scales tonight to be told iI'd put on 1lb, which I kind of expected. When I looked at my book later, I noticed that the group leader had put me as being a pound less.......so I waited until the end of class and showed her and she weighed me again - yes 1lb off :cool1: She must have got a bit muddled up!

Anyway - nearly at the 2 stone and the dress is starting to fit a bit better...only 3 weeks to go :scared1:

I only lost 1/2 this week...but at least it's a loss:lmao:

me too i think I was lucky to get 1/2 lb really, why it it so hard to lose in the summer months...you would think it would drop off with the salads :laughing:, maybe it's the white wine I am washing it down with.

made my first target this week, 28 lb lost 9 weeks. Only problem is about to have 18 days on free DDP !

2lb off for me in July. I walked 65 miles and did 60 mins Wii-fit.

I'm hoping for 3lb in Aug to reach 1st but am happy with what's gone so far. I figure the slower it comes off the more likely I am to maintain.
 
Well done to you all this week. Well I checked the scales today and I have lost another 2lbs, That takes me beyond my initial goal and now I have had to adjust my ticker for my new goal. I am not sure if I will lose another stone but what I really want is to get my BMI below 25. I know I wouldn't have done it without checking in here and not wanting to report a gain, so thanks to you all.

So here goes on the next leg of my weight loss.
