Weighed in today and lost 2 lbs - which I guess is good. Total loss 15.25llbs in three weeks.
I feel me willpower going a little - had a waffle, banana and caramel sauce last night - went way over my calorie allowance!!

great loss :thumbsup2 we all have the odd blip...as long as its occasional you will be fine xx
 
:hug: Thank you, i was stopped today in asda by an old frind who i hadnt seen for a year...she was amazed by my weight loss.....such a confidence boost !!!

When did you loose weight then Nat, I got the impression that you'd been slim for a long while and maintained it :)

Well done on your great loss so far. As for the blip, try and work out why ~ perhaps something stressful was going on or it was TOTM but if you manage to work out why you can be prepared the next time that situation happens.

First of all, hun - DO NOT GIVE UP!!!!

I'm pretty sure this has happened to all of us at one time or another!!! I, for one, definitely know how that goes - I have found my body gets used to whatever plan I'm following and stagnates for a week or so. The solution is to trick your body into responding again so I would lay off the exercise for a week or so and then start again! Also, could this have anything to do with your cycle??? Again, I have found this can impact on weight loss... Anyway good luck and try not to lose faith.. xxxxx :hug:

Totally agree with not giving up, put any bad times right behind you and carry on from where you are. I could have lost this weight 7 years ago. I managed to loose 3 and half stone then hit a bad patch, instead of putting it behind me and carrying on I gave up and piled the weight back on where it stayed for for the next seven years :eek:

If anyone is struggling don't loose heart and try to get thought it and out the other side :hug:

ive been at goal or near it for a while now, but since the summer i lost another 5lb and then i found the confidence to change what i wear.....thats what people are noticing i think :)
 
Last week in January :cool1: i will not be sorry to see the back of it either !!

I'm really looking forward to my Weigh In tonight. I've been really good all week adn stuck to WW 100% and been to the gym 4 times so I really hope to have lost a couple of pounds. :)

I have lost 1lb this week, I am not surprised at all that it's not a bigger loss, I have kept up my gym routine but have quite few meal blips and as DH and I got the chance in a blue moon to go out on saturday night my diet was the last thing on my mind.

Good luck for the week ahead everybody :) Keep losing ;)

Thanks, ticker updated 6 down 19 to go. If I hit that goal it will be the lightest I have been in living memory :rotfl2:. It can be very hard to control those blips, on night shift I have to take zero money with me, otherwise I would be tempted when everyone is getting pizza, chinese or donner kebabs.

Well done all and keep it up those yet to weigh, it's the one time when I don't mind being a Loser.

Does anyone on here that is doing Slimming World know if you can change groups half way through your countdown? I have about 4 or 5 weeks that i've pre paid and I want to change groups.

Might get myself a weight ticker, as I dont have a holiday ticker :lmao::lmao:

Got WW at 6pm so now I'm nil by mouth so I don't add any extra weight.

Does anyone else do this?

I only had a cup of tea like 20 minutes ago and I'm already thristy knowing I can't drink! :rotfl:

:lmao: yes ! i dont eat/drink after 3pm on weigh-in night....and i wear my lightest clothes

I always did the lightest cothes thing in the past.

BUT this time around I weighed in on the first meeting in my heaviest, AND had lots to drink beforehand!

So now I can actually wear jeans on Mondays as I used to have to sit at work cold on WI days. I do wear lighter jeans than my first ngiht oens though.

It also has the benefit of if I really need one week then I can wear light clothes and maybe gain myself a sneaky lb!
