Another 1.5lbs off for me this week. :cool1:


I think I need to make sure I use all my points up as I end up with loads left at the end of the week and then come Saturday they've all gone again. :rolleyes:
 
I lost 3 1/2 pounds this week. Not been well this week so will need to be very careful next week.

I am slightly confused this week I have done so much exercise and followed my eating plan to the letter,so was very disapointed to find out I STS this week,feel really fed up. Does any body have any suggestions ?? feel like giving up as I worked Soo hard :confused3

Joanne has already given some great advice, stick with it hun :hug:

how often are you going to weigh in now ?

I'm still checking my weight at home once a week so for now I'll probably head into WW every 2nd week (or sooner if I need some Fruties ;) ) then once I get it into my head that I'm not going to wake up one morning 3 stone heavier I'll probably go in once a month :goodvibes

Looks like every one is fired up and motivated for the new year :thumbsup2

I completed my 3 weeks of maintenance and yesterday I collected my shiny new WW GOLD card :dance3::dance3: It's got pride of place in my wallet.

You guys that still have some weight to loose, stick with it and don't give up. Celebrate the successes and if you have a bad week just put it behind you and carry on.

Just had chance to catch up on a couple of threads and all I can say is WOW!

What an amazing ticker and acheivement. :worship:

Any chance of before and after photos to keep us all motivated?

Jakki ...... you look like two completely different people. The transformation is amazing and you look totally stunning in that black dress. Well done. I think I will take a before photo and measure my stats today ..... just so I have a baseline.

LOL Nat you get first dibbs on the dress :goodvibes. I saw it in TK Maxx and it just fitted like a dream even hiding that excess tummy bulge ;) DS and DD are making their confirmation in a few weeks and I'm going to wear it for that (I managed to find a sheer black top to wear underneath as it would be too cold for sleeveless) and I've got a shocking pink coat so I'll post a photo of what it looks like.

......If that were me I'd have pictures of the new me plastered all over the house!

Funny you should say that ;) for the first time in years I actually got in a lot of the photopass photos with DH & the kids and we've got quite a few of them around the house :rolleyes1

Do, it's well worth it I took measurements when I started and I lost 12 inches from my bust, 13 inches from my waist, 11 inches from my hips and a whopping 18 inches from my belly :scared1:

:hug: Thank you, i was stopped today in asda by an old frind who i hadnt seen for a year...she was amazed by my weight loss.....such a confidence boost !!!

Weighed in today and lost 2 lbs - which I guess is good. Total loss 15.25llbs in three weeks.
I feel me willpower going a little - had a waffle, banana and caramel sauce last night - went way over my calorie allowance!!
 
I had my weigh-in this morning and lost 4.5lbs (half way there:cheer2:). I'm very surprised as I felt so bloated this morning!

I joined Slimming World on Wednesday and had a bit of a shock on the scales :scared1:
But I am determined to lose 4 stone which is the target I have set myself so far and have joined a gym to try and get healthier!!!

First of all, hun - DO NOT GIVE UP!!!!

I'm pretty sure this has happened to all of us at one time or another!!! I, for one, definitely know how that goes - I have found my body gets used to whatever plan I'm following and stagnates for a week or so. The solution is to trick your body into responding again so I would lay off the exercise for a week or so and then start again! Also, could this have anything to do with your cycle??? Again, I have found this can impact on weight loss... Anyway good luck and try not to lose faith.. xxxxx :hug:
