We had simple chicken wraps last night...much better than bread :thumbsup2

We simply used silces of chicken, and covered them with tikka flavouring and then put that together with salad (tomatoes, peppers, onion & leuttice).

They were really tasty and simple to make. DBF had them whipped up within 10 minutes :thumbsup2

Just an alternative to bread for you all :)

I like wraps too:thumbsup2 I have them for lunch instead of traditional sandwiches, I find any flat bread (wraps & pitta) help me a lot when dieting and I don't feel I'm missing out on bread. In mine today I had lots of rocket, sliced red pepper, spring onion, cucumber and a sliced grilled chicken fillet and a few dollops of slimline salad cream (prefer it to light mayo's). It was yummy and really filling. Yours sounds lovely too:thumbsup2

Diet Coke Chicken

Servings | 2
Estimated POINTS® value per serving | 3.5

Ingredients
2 Medium Chicken Breasts
1 Medium Red Onion
6 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
¾ Cup of Diet Coke (Not Pepsi Max or Coke zero – too sweet)
Couple of dashes of Worcester Sauce (to taste)

Instructions
1. Dice chicken and slice onion and brown off in Frylight.
2. Add Ketchup and diet coke and Worcester Sauce
3. cook on high heat to reduce the sauce stirring to ensure it does not burn
4. Once it has gotten to a thick consistency (sticky) then serve

1st weigh-in for me today and I've lost 3lb so I'm now 11st 6lb which I'm pleased about, but I've made a boo boo. I'm on ww and was saving some points for a glass of wine and a treat tonight now my points have reset for the week and I've lost my saved points when I've tracked them online :sad1:

you can save up to 4 ww points per day but they cannot be carried over until the next week, if you have your treat tonight then save points for the rest of this week to compensate :)

Thanks Natalie, I was wondering about changing my weigh-in day but I feel like I'm cheating;) will see if I'm tempted tonight.

Weighed myself this morning and am delighted to report I've lost 3lbs! :thumbsup2 I'm back to my pre-Christmas weight before January is even in double figures!!! :yay: :yay: :yay:

Anyway, I now have 12lbs to lose to get to my target so I'm crossing my fingers for an Easter result... ;)

My diet is going surprisingly well, although it is early days. Although Nat told me to stay off the scales, I couldn't help getting on this morning and it looks as though I've already lost about 5lbs this week (the first week it always just falls off though). I'm still feeling very motivated although I didn't go on the Wii Fit last night as I haven't been feeling well for a couple of days and had a banging headache. I'm hoping to get back on it today, though, if I can just shift the headache.

Hope everyone else is doing well and good luck for next week's weigh-ins :goodvibes

I lost 2.4lb since Monday. :)

My weigh in day is Friday however didn't weigh last week on Friday as wanted a few days damage control after all the alcohol I had over Christmas. My total loss now since early December is 6lb and another 12lb to go.

It's still pounding despite having taken a couple of Tylenol this morning. Shouldn't really be on the computer, to be honest, but I'm only stopping a few minutes then going back to bed. I don't think it's sugar withdrawal - more likely this cold/fluey thing I've had all week.

Joh, I had an awful headache earlier in the week and Tylenol didn't touch it so I tried a sinus remedy (Sinex decongestant capsules) out of desperation and that worked. If you've still got cold/flu symptoms maybe this type of thing could help..? :hug:

Its harder when I am at uni as it is tempting to buy crisps and chocolate when waiting between classes and at the train station. All the weight I have put on is since I started uni, I graduate this year so would be great to finish uni the weight I started.
