Sorry late again with Saturday's Weigh in - I sometimes struggle to log on on a weekend.

Anyway 1lb off. I got a star as I've now lost 5% of my body weight!

I want to loose another 3.5lbs before 20th March as i have a party to go to and want to buy something new.

Right I'll start catching up on what you've all been doing now.

hi, i just wondered if i could come back to the dieters club? i started doing cambridge again after xmas, but due to taking pain killers for my back, had to stop. dh convinced me a proper diet was the way to go, and we have been doing ww togther for the last 2 weeks.
he has lost 7lb, and i have lost 4lb.
why do men loser faster than women? so, going to stay on the straight and narrow, not smoke and lose weight - god i make life hard for myself...
Welcome back, Tracy!!! I think it's good when you're losing weight with someone - even if he is losing faster than you.. ;) My DH is just the same... And you're right, you are making life hard for yourself - but you know it'll be worth it in the long run!!! GOOD LUCK!!! :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

...I weighed in on Saturday and only lost 1 lb last week, always knew I'd be slow and steady ;) Only 9.5 lbs more to go...
Great result - and not much further till you get to your target!!! :cool1:

Another lb dropped this week, been good most of the week but slipped over the weekend with birthday take away on Friday and burgers watching the Super Bowl last night....
Still going in the right direction, Steve!!! :thumbsup2 Have a great week...

Well done, Janet!!! :yay:

This afternoon I gave in to temptation and had a couple of M&S Choc Chip Cookie Dunkers with a coffee - mmmm, delicious!!! BUT, when I checked and they were 100 calories each  I decided to get on the treadmill and get burn off those extra cals!!! OMG would you believe I actually had to walk 2.5 miles before I shifted two measly cookies!!! :sad2: Ah well, I'll know for next time... ;)

Ive lost another 2lbs this week:goodvibes

 Well done Sue

I finally plucked up the courage to weigh myself today. I am 26lbs overweight.:sad2: I am truly horrified. I've just eaten my Sunday lunch and I have left the table so I'm not tempted to eat loads of leftovers like I usually do. I have a long way to go.

:wizard: Good Luck Juliette, you can do it

Thanks for all the encouragement ladies - your successes are spurring me on!:goodvibes

Today, I resisted:
hot buttered toast
ciabatta
homemade scone and jam
crisps
extra mashed potatoes
leftovers
Cadbury's creme egg.

Phew, I am a good girl.:rotfl:

I would usually have eaten all of this.:guilty:

i love all the things you resisted Juliette! :) fab way to look at things!

I had my official weigh in today and lost 2lbs since my last official weigh in (two weeks ago).. the sad fact is that for some reason i managed to gain 2.5lbs this morning!! (and i didnt do anything to deserve it!). WHy is it every weigh in day i manage to gain weight overnight lol!?

Oh well i know it will come off tomorrow or the next day, so Im not worried, but its just annoying! Still this is a long journey for me and every loss is a good one! :)
Well done all of you on your losses!

Another 2lbs off for me this week. :cool1:

Well, after declaring January a 'write-off', I decided to start again completely from the beginning of Feb. I am pleased to report that, since then, I have lost a total of 7lbs :)

My weight flcutuates something awful Sammie - for some reason, I can put on about 5 or 6 lbs overnight especially if I've had a fair bit to drink the day before. Well done on the 2 lbs though :thumbsup2

Great news Claire :thumbsup2

It is shocking isn't it. I have a friend that genuinely loves high intensity aerobic classes of all kinds, she does it probably everyday so doesn't really have to watch what she eats but says in an hour of hard high intensity spinning she burns 300-400 cals which is four of those cookies :scared1: when I think of it like that and think about what I've eaten in the past it's a wonder how I'm not 30+ stone!

Still don't know my weight at the mo but I am still trying very hard to be good but it is hard when you're housebound and visitors keep popping in with treats ;) Just wanted to stop by and say well done to those that have lost and STS:thumbsup2
