I have a question about booking tee times online for Oak Trail golf course when I have the water park and sports add on with my annual pass. I booked a tee time yesterday for next month, but there was nowhere to put in that I have that annual pass add on and that my round will be free of charge. I have always just made tee times at pro shop there before, but because it’s over Christmas, I thought I’d better book early.
When I book at the clubhouse the confirmation email has always said $17.50/ round (which I never had to pay when checking in) where now it says $40/round. My question is, does it matter if it says the higher amount, or will they just switch it to my free round when I check in. Or should I be calling the golf course? It’s just a pain if I have to do that multiple times as I can’t book the other days on my trip yet. Has anywhere here used the online booking with that add on included with their pass?
