forgot to post mine- I STS which is good considering that I have lost the plot totally :lmao:

 Well done on STS Andrea, I hope you manage to get back on track soon

They were both making up dance routines in Anna's room whilst I was cooking dinner on thursday evening and she tripped and twisted her ankle and fell awkwardly and snapped her tibia half way up her shin. Ouch! :sad2: She has a hip to toe plaster but will have that off on tuesday and replaced with a lightweight fibre glass plaster. There is a chance it's a spiral fracture around the bone in which case she made need an operation.

 Aww bless her, I hope it her leg heals quickly and that she doesn't need an op  Hugs to you too, as no doubt you're finding it very stressful too

Well done everyone who has lost this week.

Im so sorry I havent read the whole thread just yet, but will work through it now.

Ive lost another 2lbs this week:goodvibes

That sounds awful. I really hope she is OK.

I finally plucked up the courage to weigh myself today. I am 26lbs overweight.:sad2: I am truly horrified. I've just eaten my Sunday lunch and I have left the table so I'm not tempted to eat loads of leftovers like I usually do. I have a long way to go.

Well done for taking that first step to get on the scales. When I started my diet last January, I had about twice that amount to lose. Now, after a few blips along the way, I have lost 26 lbs (although i had lost that mid-way through last year) and still got another 14 (or so) to go.

You can do it, hun, and we are all here for you :goodvibes

Morning All

I weighed in on Saturday and only lost 1 lb last week, always knew I'd be slow and steady ;) Only 9.5 lbs more to go:scared1:

Not feeling so good today; very heavy cold and kind of slight flu'y symptoms, luckily off work but more luckily I've no real appetite either :rotfl2:

Well done to everyone for great results last week & Good luck to everyone this week :thumbsup2

Another lb dropped this week, been good most of the week but slipped over the weekend with birthday take away on Friday and burgers watching the Super Bowl last night. Good look to all those to yet weigh and will try to be better this week.

Nothing quite like burgers in the middle of the night but great when watching the half time show.

The Who were great as well, best show I have ever seen at the Super Bowl.

Oh, you see, now there we disagree - the lasers and fireworks were pretty impressive but I thought The Who sounded awful.
