:lmao::lmao: D'ya know what, since swapping from coffee/tea to green tea and fruit tea I no longer crave the companions that went along with my cups of tea and coffee, I think I have weened myself off the sugar...a bit! ;)

Good suggestion, may pick some up when I'm next in supermarket & give it a go. The thing is I don't normally eat biccies - only crave the silly things when I'm trying to loose weight :rotfl2:

I agree its a bit hard eating salads etc when its cold but ive made loads of soup to warm me up.

Anyway I have been this morning to a different group, I was dreading stepping on those scales as I haven't been weighed since 16th December and have not really been on "the plan" properly since then. However I decided to get it over with and start again from today. Well I guess i've been harder on myself than I realised as amazingly I lost one pound!!!! :banana: Which also mean't I got my one stone award! :woohoo:

thanks :) Im totally thrilled and rather suprised to be honest that Ive achieved this! :)
I started my diet on 20th April 09 and Im following a diet programme through a company called healthier weight (healthierweight.co.uk) .. they have a meal replacement programme called Weight to Go and Ive found it to be amazing. To say I have tried everything in the past is the under statement.
I also go to Birmingham for weigh ins every week or two but you dont have to do that you can just follow the programme from home.

I'm so sorry not to have kept up with the thread, but I got some very distressing news at the weekend and couldn't concentrate for long enough to read through everything. Thankfully things are now looking more positive.

I stayed the same last week, but think I have lost 5lbs 'ish' this week as I have had no appetite. I'm not going to my weigh-in this morning as I've been on nights and need to go staright to bed.

Well done to you all, and I hope to catch up soon.
