Everyone is doing so well, keep it up! :thumbsup2

I wish I could say the same  Sadly I feel off the diet wagon in spectacular style lol. However, hopefully now Im back on track, dh and I joined a gym yesterday, just got back from playing squash and swimming, Im hoping exercising together will keep me motivated. Ive also started SW again today.

Congratulations to everyone who has done well this week.

I lost 1/4 lb but im so pleased as I expected to put on weight this week as I was selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts for charity all day on wednesday and we had a few boxes left at the end so I bought 2 dozen! :guilty: As most of my housemates went home this weekend I ended up eating about 4/5 a day for 3 days in a row so its a miracle I actually lost this week. Although I am slightly concerned that I may suffer the consequences at next weeks weigh-in instead. So Ive decided to cut out all rubbish this week in the hope of losing 2 or 3 lbs next week.

Good luck this week everyone, especially those of you with the temptations of half term!

Jen - you'll do great, I'm sure of it. I've found that upping my exercise has helped loads, not only for loosing the weight, but also just feeling generally more healthy and fitter, even simple things like climbing stairs etc feels much more simple.

Everyone else - amazing losses! Well Done!! :goodvibes

Tasha, I know what you mean with that hoola hooping, it's madness at times. I can't help but laugh when my Mum's on there, she's hilarious!! :lovestruc

Sorry, I've kind of lost track of the thread over the last few days so a generic well done to anyone who has lost this week and good luck to everyone for the coming week (hopefully, that should cover it ;))

I have STS this week, whcih I'm quite happy about considering I've eaten enough this weekend to feed a small army :rotfl:

Back on the straight and narrow now, though, and hoping for a good result next week :goodvibes

well its my weigh in,tomorrow & i am really worried,as i had a cheese sandwich on sunday night.it has been my 1st blip, but i was so hungry & really craving a sandwich.hubby thought i said i fancied a cheese one, when i said chicken,so when he made it for me,i ate it.i would never have made one myself,i would have just tried to get through it,but i will admit,i enjoyed it.
i did go on a 2 hour march yesterday,to try to compensate.i won't call it a walk,as hubby doesn't do walking! i hope i haven't done,too much damage.
good luck to everyone this week.

Tracy, don't be too hard on yourself - one blip after all this time is good to be honest, as most of us on here would admit to that happening at least once a week. If and i say if you have put on, then just rise above it and carry on with your diet, don't let it get you down.
good luck for tomorrow, bet you have nothing to worry about.
