I'm relieved to report that I've only put on 1lb, which is a bit of a shock as I've eaten like a pig all week

Anyway, back on track, and hopefully I'll lose that pound and another few next week :thumbsup2

I have lost 1lb since last weigh in two weeks ago which I am happy with as during that time it has been DD birthday meal and 3 nights at DLRP where I ate a lot of steak, chips, and drank a lot of champagne and long Island ice tea, plus I haven't been counting points at all this week. I think running and skipping around with DD at Disneyland is the reason I didn't gain. Back to counting points now, I have 7lb to lose before April...

That's pretty fab if you ask me - just shows that Disney IS good for you!!!:cool1: I'm sure you'll do brilliantly next week... :thumbsup2

I weighed in this morning, not expecting much (tho' I have been pretty disciplined since Tuesday) and I've actually lost 1lb! :woohoo: That's in a week of no exercise too (actually it's more like 2 weeks without exercise... :sad2: ) so I'm rather pleased. I'm also just 6lbs off my target and I'm buying a size smaller gym pants today - I haven't been this size since my early 30's... :cloud9:

Anyway, I'm back at the gym at lunchtime and will be trying to schedule it so I can make two sessions from next week onwards... :thumbsup2

Also i would like to give my congrats everyone on their losses this week.


I have just been weighed and this week i have lost 7lbs :cool1: i wasnt expecting that at all and im very happy as i have lost over a stone now =D :cool1:

I have to be better today, I ate out on Thursday (Chinese) and had Indian last night (that was quite healthy though). If I don't stop today, it's a downward spiral for me:rolleyes:

Enough of that talk, Missus!!! *Insert wagging finger smilie here*

Cut yerself some slack, Jo - forget the past couple of days and concentrate on next week. IMO a diet's not sustainable if you can't have some fun along the way. It might take longer on the scenic route but it's definitely a more enjoyable ride. Besides which, you're doing really well and making some long term healthy changes and that's what's important... :hug:
