Woo hoo, I've lost 5 pounds this week I now only have 9 pounds to go to reach my own goal. I am obviously hoping to lose more, but I would be really happy to reach the target I set myself, it takes me into the healthy weight range and BMI!!!

not following a specific diet...although i do attend a rosemary conley class..although i dont follow her diet. I am just not eating rubbish (or atleast as much rubbish) and doing a great deal more exercise (which frankly would not have been hard..being a couch potato and all...lol) I get weighed at my class on Monday...so that works well....good luck everyone.....lol
Hi everybody, I keep asking to join these threads and then forgetting but I would like to report a 1lb loss this week, thats 10lb total in 4 weeks, I have 12 lb to go. Well done to everybody who is staying motivated. Oh yeah, i am using weightlossresources.co.uk, which is like an online calorie counter with a big food database so i just input what i have eaten by brand or weight, and it tells me how many calories i have left that day, it really keeps you on track. Sorry to sound like an advert
