. Can I join your jolly little group? I've managed to put on 2 1/2 stone since last January

. Half a stone per holiday last year (January, April and October), another half a stone over Christmas and half a stone since - just because I was fed up about the whole thing and stopped caring!

Anyway I started dieting on Tuesday last week after coming home from the DIS Meet and I'd lost half a stone by Sunday. My weigh-in days are going to be Thursdays because I go on holiday on a Thursday in August. I'm going to have to stay really focused to lose another 1 1/2 stone by then (which is my target), but I know I can do it with your help.
