I started (again) on Monday to try & shift some weight before our hols in Aug. Although I could do with losing 2/2.5 stone i'd be happy with 1.5 for the hols. I am just concentrating on eating "good for me " food at the moment. I have joined a yoga class & am playing badminton once a week. I know this is not enough to get fit, but need to take it slowly due to ill health late 2005.
