DIS DIETERS, WEEK BEGINNING 14th MAY


I am just like Sue, I am afraid. I have completely lost any willpower I may have had and can't seem to stop eating rubbish :sad2:

I need a good kick up the bum because I only have 13 weeks to lose the 16 lbs I need to lose. I am so annoyed with myself because I'm right back where I was 10 weeks ago so the whole time has been completely wasted. I can only hope that I manage to find my motivation again in the next week or so as I'm in serious danger of undoing all the hard work I did last year too :sad1:

I had a bad night last night, I had a late meeting and after I was too tired to cook so ended up ordering a pizza. Oops : :rolleyes1
 
we can all relate to our inner diet demons :scared1: none of us are perfect !!!

I never got round to posting last week that I stayed the same and this week I put on half a pound, I had flu and comforst ate though so i'm not too bothered.

I seem to have lost the will to diet a bit lately.

I forgot to post this week! I lost 1.5lbs, would of liked more, I don't next weigh in will be any better tho as I have broken my diet a couple of this week. :sad2:

Jen, 1.5lbs is great, the right amount to be losing each week.
