:cheer2: Well done to all the losers out there, that's a great weight loss:cheer2:

:wizard: and Good Luck with this weeks weigh-ins this week:wizard:

I am unimpressed with staying the same this week, I was ill with a bad cold for much of last week and lived off soup and cereal so I was expecting to lose a nice amount.

I am happy however, that after my steak and chips last night I have'nt put any on :thumbsup2

Here's to a good week this week and good luck to everyone else :thumbsup2

good luck to everybody this week:wizard:

Well after my huge weight gain last week i tried really hard to shift the pounds this week.

Porridge made with water for breakfast - no coffee.
Homemade soup with brown roll for lunch
Grilled Chicken/Fish with Steamed veggies for dinner
I had nothing to drink other than water and sugar free squash.:sad2:

Did 20 mins of excercise on my walker machine each day and the end result was....

Nothing!! Not a single pound shifted!

Typical!

Well done to everyone who lost though!:goodvibes

 Oh no, how disheartening, keep up the good work, cos it's got to show soon Laura :wizard: Good Luck

I've lost the plot all together. I have bought some new clothes but it's still too cold to wear them - I hope they still fit when the weather improves.

Anyway, I'm off to face the music tonight - the biggest mistake I made last time I got to goal was to stop attending WW meetings when I knew I had had a bad week. I'm back at work next week, after the Easterish holiday so hopefully I'll get back in routine.

Whatever you do, don't give up. I have weeks where i've eatern rubbish and lost pounds and other weeks where i've been super good and lost nothing but, it will come off in time.

I remember reading somewhere that you should only weigh yourself every 2 weeks for the best results as you can lose alot in one week and not in the other but over 2 weeks it will average out and make you feel better about the weight loss.

I however, tend to jump on the scales every day :rolleyes1

You need to enjoy your food otherwise you won't stick to it and I stopped doing weight watchers because it didn't suit me so I work on calories, fat and sat fat, I do however still work our the points for reference but I now know how many calories I need to get down to the weight I want and honestly when I go shopping I now find it so enjoyable because I know how many calories and fat/sat fat I should be looking at having for my meals and I now really enjoy it.

Stick with it Laura

Well, I'm back. I'd put a pound on - not too bad considering the PMT munching I've been doing. I should be able to get if off again by next week if I stick to the plan.
