Right I'm back, and on a mission to lose some of my holiday weight by the end of the month. I've got 8lbs to lose to get back to my happy weight (yes I very much over indulged in food and cocktails while I was away ~ but I'm hoping that I will lose a couple of pounds by the end of the week)

When you post this week if you've lost, STS or put on :blush: will you let us know how much you have lost in total up till now, it would be great to know how you're doing ~ thank :)
 
Ive lost 1lb this week, I dont know how much in total now but Im pretty sure its about a stone, I will trek back through all my weighing slips. I know that my jeans are far to big for me now and I almost lost them running down the stairs in work today:rotfl2::rotfl2: Time for a belt me thinks.:lmao:

As a side note, good luck to all those on Weight Watchers who've found they're now on the ProPoints system! I do WW online, logged in this morning to find I've got 29 daily points plus an allowance of 49 weekly points :confused3 Huh? Oh well, we shall see how it goes :-) :thumbsup2

I too am a tad confused by this,but having read a bit about it im hoping it will give me a much needed boost :thumbsup2

I have been slacking and havent weighed in properly for a couple of weeks, I went back to the gym today will be weighing in this friday whatever happens. so far I have lost 7lbs but im really pleased to have kept it off even when things are not going so well.

I'm still here Mandy......I just forgot to post on Tuesday. Predictably I stayed the same again this week, I have stayed the same for quite a few weeks now. :headache: I have to keep telling myself that it is ok, at least I haven't given in & put it all back on as that is what I usually do. :headache:

I am hoping to get back on it now and have set myself a mini target of 9.5lbs by Christmas! Hopefully I will manage it. :wizard:

Well done on losing your 4lbs Mandy, that is really good. I always struggle so much to get back on track when I come back from holiday.

I started quite well this week and got up at 6am on Monday to go to the gym :eek:
However I made cookies on Wednesday night to bring to work for a team day on Thursday, ate the raw mix :rolleyes1 and then polished off a few cookies later in the evening too :rolleyes:

We ate at TGI's last night so I can successfully say that this week wont be a success :rotfl:

I will be joining you all this Monday as working really hard to lose the last 8lb before I went to Jamaica I have put it all back on again :sad2:

So I will be joining you all again on Monday :cheer2:

:hug: Thanks girls, but I know that the 4lbs was just the bloatedness (if there is such a word - lol) from all the cocktails, food and flight home. I'm glad I started my diet as soon as I got home, coz if I'd left it a week or so, I may have not bothered till the New Year

Pleased to tell you that I have lost 2lbs this week, I am now back to my lightest in living memory and I am buzzing about it.

Just edging closer to getting that BMI under 25.
