Right I'm back, and on a mission to lose some of my holiday weight by the end of the month. I've got 8lbs to lose to get back to my happy weight (yes I very much over indulged in food and cocktails while I was away ~ but I'm hoping that I will lose a couple of pounds by the end of the week)

Huh? Oh well, we shall see how it goes
and congrats on losing a stone, that's great !!
I'd ditch the belt & treat yourself to some new jeans instead. 
I have to keep telling myself that it is ok, at least I haven't given in & put it all back on as that is what I usually do. 
and then polished off a few cookies later in the evening too 



Thanks girls, but I know that the 4lbs was just the bloatedness (if there is such a word - lol) from all the cocktails, food and flight home. I'm glad I started my diet as soon as I got home, coz if I'd left it a week or so, I may have not bothered till the New Year
I think you just need to put this week behind you hun and start again Monday
