Welcome to another week of dieting everyone, and a big welcome to the newbies that joined us last week

Well it's another week where we are going to be tempted by the dark side, and this week it's the dreaded PANCAKES !!!! Are you going to treat yourself to 'just one' or like me have they been banned from the frying pan this year ? ;)

Also, will you be giving anything up for Lent that could help with your dieting ?

Had a bit of a bleurgh couple of weeks, with several different special occasions but I've only put a lb on :goodvibes So, back to 11st 1lb, but I'm not too worried about it as I know that - after the past couple of weeks - I should be able to lose a couple this week *fingers crossed*

Not sure if we're going to have pancakes - if we do, it will probably be instead of dinner, or after something really light

I've been missing in action from last weeks thread as I missed my weigh in. :rolleyes1 However I went yesterday and despite having two very naughty take aways last week I still managed to lose 1.5 lbs. :cool1:

Well done, i think its good to have naughty treats now and again as otherwise i tend to get pretty fed up :goodvibes

I treated myself to 2 pancakes yesterday but i was good and had lemon juice with only a tiny bit of sugar on them. I also had a naughty chinese at the weekend :)

I wasnt really expecting much this week with a takeaway, pancakes and being that TOTM but somehow i managed to lose 3lbs this week :cloud9:

That takes my total to 25lbs :dance3:

I thought I had posted last week but I must have forgotton, I STS last week and again this week - I'm not tracking anymore so I'm pleased that I have managed to stay the same reallty.
I might track again for the next couple of weeks just to try and shift another 5 or 6 lbs before holidays.

I have been on the cambridge diet since oct last year and have managed to lose a whole 5 stone and a couple of lbs, I am down to 12st 5lb now and would like to be in the 10 stone bracket for my hols on the 2nd May. Would be lovely to keep track with you all and i can hand of heart say not a pancake passed my lips last night!!! :goodvibes

My WW subscription!

Worked late on Monday so didnt manage to go this week - weighed myself and on my scales had lost 1lb :confused3

I have decided that as I have been the same size and weight for the last 7 years :rotfl: and as I have lots of lovely clothes that I really cant afford to replace (and that I look quite good in too!!) that I am just going to keep going to the gym and eating healthily and not worry about what the scales say!

I even stayed this size and weight even when I was running 25 miles a week doing my training for the marathon :rolleyes1

I would love to lose my "baby tummy" - even though my baby is now 22 :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: but as a size 12 I really dont have too much to moan about!

So I will be keeping up with all of you and will hopefully lose another couple of Lbs.

Worked late on Monday so didnt manage to go this week - weighed myself and on my scales had lost 1lb :confused3

:cheer2: It sounds like you have got the right attitude for maintaining your current weight Katie. I think clothes rather than the scales are a much better way of telling whether we need to diet, tbh, we stress so much over 1 lb don't we ? and it's much better to feel great in a nice outfit

I lost 1lb this week, i need to get my head properly into gear now as i want to lost another 10lbs in the next 5 weeks for my dd Stephs engagement party in April :love:

thanks ladies, yes i am really proud of myself, it hasnt been easy but after dd was born i just kept getting bigger so had to do something! I am really hoping to get at least anoter stone off hopefully nearer to 2 before we go to florida, we had some piccies taken in March 2010 last time we were in wdw and i want to go back and take the same shot with us now and do a before and after lol! Oh has lost a stone and half as well and dd will be 20 months and she was only 6months last time so i am hoping we will look like a diff family :goodvibes. keep up the good work everyone.

I have STS this week, I'm a bit disappointed, but hey-ho these things happen
