Welcome to another week of dieting everyone, and a big welcome to the newbies that joined us last week
Well it's another week where we are going to be tempted by the dark side, and this week it's the dreaded PANCAKES !!!! Are you going to treat yourself to 'just one' or like me have they been banned from the frying pan this year ?
Also, will you be giving anything up for Lent that could help with your dieting ?
Well done to everyone who lost or STS last week 
.. and Good Luck with your weigh-ins this week

So, back to 11st 1lb, but I'm not too worried about it as I know that - after the past couple of weeks - I should be able to lose a couple this week *fingers crossed*
However I went yesterday and despite having two very naughty take aways last week I still managed to lose 1.5 lbs. 




Well done Gems, it looks like you've mastered the art of maintaining (which is where I usually lose the plot), keep up the good work

It sounds like you have got the right attitude for maintaining your current weight Katie. I think clothes rather than the scales are a much better way of telling whether we need to diet, tbh, we stress so much over 1 lb don't we ? and it's much better to feel great in a nice outfit
