Morning all,
Not a great week for me and Im not sure I understand why, Ive gained 2lb this week and Im gutted, food wise I thought I had been really good, and apart from the time of the month, I just dont know what has gone wrong this week?? Never mind onwards and upwards

We all suffer at that TOTM, im sure you'll be back on track next week

I lost 1.5lbs this week and FINALLY reached 11st 0lbs
Also, I started off at 194lbs and am now 154lbs, making a total loss of 40lbs. Only another 21lbs to go

After a pretty disastrous week diet wise - cake instead of dinner![]()
I managed to lose 1.5lb!! And I am back in the gym - just hope the excercising doesnt lead to me eating more as usual!

Well done on your loss!First week using Pro Points and I lost 1.1kg which means I've got 3.3kg left to get back to goal. It was hard enough to get your head around but I tracked and counted everything and stuck to my points so fingers crossed for this coming week

Well done! It took me a little while to get my head around the propoints too. For the first couple of weeks i was too nervous to use any of my weekly points - that soon changed
