:wizard: Good luck with Pro Points Jakki, and for a loss next week too...

Just back from the class, no surprise to find I was up, last weigh in was early on a summers morning so no breakfast and a lot less clothes, I'll wear something lighter next week and I'll have lost already :rotfl:

I HAVE to track or else I so easily go off and end up having double what I should have so easily. if you get the online WW then you can track online and there is also an iphone app too if you have one of those so it's really wasy to track - ultimatly no excuses really :)

Good luck with pro points, I have found it ok :goodvibes

I've got the iPhone app and it's been a great help but like most things I just got lax using it. I was delighted to find today that it has a Pro points calculator and the ability to cope with the weekly allowance so I've got no excuse now.

It's just a case of getting your head around the new points, a bottle of wine is 18pp :scared1: so I'll have to limit myself to one over Friday / Saturday but I like that fact that fruit is free. I'll carry on posting my at home kg loss as that one is going to be the most accurate

:wizard: Good luck with Pro Points Jakki, and for a loss next week too...

Good Luck with the propoints Jakki! I have found that it really works for me!

Just back from my weigh in and managed to lose another 2lbs this week. Its normally about now i start to lose motivation so i think the pressure of the weekly weigh in (and the fact that im paying for it) is keeping me focused this time. Ive got another 2.5lbs to go to get to my 10% target which im really excited about. So hopefully in 2 weeks id have reached that target and moved on to next one lol.

Lost so far 16lbs, 2lb lost this week, total loss of 18lbs this year :)

I rejoined WW last week having not been for over 6 months and i managed to gain nearly a stone in that time.:sad2:

Just got back from my first Weigh in and i have lost 5 and a half pound. I'm well pleased with that, and there was me saying i didn't like pro points as much as Discover.

Back from my weigh in and I've lost another 1½ lbs bringing my total to 15½ lbs. Very happy with that. :thumbsup2

Well down girls :)

Just a 1lb for me this week. I know I can do better so this has spurred me on to get my butt back into gear!

Good luck for the rest of the week :goodvibes

:cool1: Well done on losing a pound this week Beth, especially as you thought you may have put on due to a little over indulgence :rotfl2: Keep up the good work ::yes::

:yay: I am pleased to have lost another pound this week :yay: So my vital statistics are

LSF -7lbs - 1lb = -8lbs

I now have to lose just 1lb to reach my 'happy weight' and 4lbs till I reach my 'holiday weight'

:wizard: Good luck over the weekend everyone, and for next weeks weigh-ins too :wizard:

STS for me this week BUT I've just found out what my problem is - NUTS!

I can't eat lots of sugar so I tend to snack on mixed nuts and seeds. Well I weigh & point everything I eat apart from these and I was having maybe 2-3 handfuls (i've got big hands! :lmao:) a day and I've been allowing 5-6 points.

On Tuesday I decided to look the points up and 2 brazil nuts are 1 point :scared1: The worse thing is I pick these out of the pack first and eat them before I scoop out the handfull!

So no nuts for me from now on and hopefully I'll see some weight loss. - What an idiot!! :sad2:

I have had a nightmare week.

Did 6am - 930pm yesterday - so after a very healthy weetabix breakfast I had a Mcdonalds Sweet chilli Sandwich for lunch - we were out working and had no other option..... well apart from a Big Mac!!:rotfl2:

When I got home at 10pm I had 2 slices of bread - one with peanut butter and one with lemon curd.

Today - In court all morning so by the time I got back to the office lunchtime had passed so I had a HUGE peice of cake leftover from "cake for the office" I bought yesterday - it was carrot cake so I it DOES count as healthy eating :rotfl:

Out for dinner and lots of wine and girlie chat tonight, the inlaws for dinner tomorrow (lasagne/garlic bread/crumble and wine) and just arranged to go out for dinner next tuesday too.

So much for the month upfront I have paid for WW :rotfl:

Oh well, think I should give up dieting and just go to the gym :rotfl2:

hi
I dont post in this thread very often...i always seem to be on a diet , but find it hard to stay on one!! I did slimming world before, so its based a lot round that.

Ive just been trying to be healthier eating 3 meals and not snacking as much, and staying well away from choc, have managed to lost around 6 lbs in the last 3- 4 weeks, spurred me on to carry on want to hopefully lose a stone b4 my hols in April, so you might see me around a bit more.

 We all have weeks like this Katie, and all I would suggest is, enjoy eating out when you have to, but once home stick to your diet when you can :wizard: Don't get too down hun, you'll get there ::yes::
