Welcome to another week of dieting guys (ughh ! I can hear you groan :rotfl2:)

:banana: Last week was another great week for losses or STS, so keep up the good work everyone, it won't be long till you're fitting into those skimpy bikinis or shorts :banana:

Is anyone going out for a meal to celebrate St. Valentine's day tonight, or hoping to dive into a large box of Thornton's Continental ? Well you have permission to be naughty just for today, but I expect you back on track tomorrow :rotfl:;)

Sadly I neither have a meal or choccies to look forward to, in fact I'm looking forward to another Zumba class tonight ::yes::

Well I lost the 1lb that I was hoping for so I could officially say I have lost my first stone:cool1::cool1: Im thrilled to bits and its given me the incentive I badly needed to carry on, as I have struggled to stay on track this past week.:)

Running Total -13.5lbs + -1lb = -14.5lbs

No choccies for me either! TBH that can only be a good thing!

I am down a lb this week! I am pleased though as I haven't really been sticking to it so strictly this week, as I am going to try and start maintenance now - which I always find really hard!

so over all since Jan I am -6lbs. But since November -16lbs :)

Im not going out for a meal tonight as we are looking after the pennies while im still on Maternity leave. However DH has been so supportive this year especially with my diet so im cooking a nice 3 course dinner for him - complete with a few glasses of pink champers i got at xmas.

Most of my meal is Weight Watchers friendly though and ive save all my weekly points so i can enjoy it!

no choccies here, but we did go out for a carvery last night, however I stuck to my points and have been to0 body pump this morning ( it nearly killed me:eek:) and will be off to the gym for 1hr this afternoon

Hi all, I think I will join ye. Im down two pounds so far, tomorrows my weigh in day. I expect to be up as we had a houseguest so I didnt get to exercise last week :( but im back on track today. I plan to lose two stone in total over a year :)

I've lost 3lb this fortnight so I am very pleased.

LSF = 3lb, this fortnight 3lb. TOTAL = 6lb.

Just had my weigh-in and its 1lb off for me this week.

Am reasonably happy with that :rolleyes1 I have pretty much stuck to it 100% this week, but have been having lots of trouble getting over my jetlag so have had absolutely no energy to do anything apart from keep my eyes open :rotfl:

Still that seems to have gone now, so I now have no excuse not to get back in the gym this week!

Here's to another biscuit free week :lmao:

Just had my weigh-in and its 1lb off for me this week.

Am reasonably happy with that :rolleyes1 I have pretty much stuck to it 100% this week, but have been having lots of trouble getting over my jetlag so have had absolutely no energy to do anything apart from keep my eyes open :rotfl:

Still that seems to have gone now, so I now have no excuse not to get back in the gym this week!

Weighed myself this morning and the scales said a 1.5lb loss :upsidedow Only 1.5lb to go until they say 11st 0lbs...really struggling getting there, been around this mark for ages!

I'm UP 0.4kg this week :eek: so enough is enough and I'm heading into a WW meeting to get the details on the new Pro Points plan. I figure that as it's completely new, I'll have to count and track everything so it should keep me focused. There's a meeting tonight so I'll head in there :thumbsup2

Stats - for what they're worth, lost naff all ;) 4.4kg to get to goal

I HAVE to track or else I so easily go off and end up having double what I should have so easily. if you get the online WW then you can track online and there is also an iphone app too if you have one of those so it's really wasy to track - ultimatly no excuses really :)

I have pretty much written this past week off - it's been a dieting disaster. On Friday I went out for a meal before i went to a concert, and on Sunday my housemate did his turn of our house's come dine with me competition and whipped up a lovely 3 course meal. I'm feeling so guilty, but I'm not giving up. Honest :goodvibes (what I am proud of though is that I completely avoided alcohol on both occasions - I'm hoping that helps a little!)

If I've put on weight at my weigh in on Wednesday then that'll scare the bejeebers into me to be more strict with the diet over the next week or so, so I can get back on track.

I also just wanted to share this with you all. This is how big a pound of fat is:

This isn't my picture - it's just one I found on the net that best shows the size...

Our instructor showed us this exact replica of 1lb of fat in the Rosemary Conley class last week. And I had no idea that a lb was this big - I was quite shocked. She said we are no longer allowed to say "I've only lost a pound" :goodvibes

Ewww, that pound of fat looks gross !!! A pound is quite big really, you just don't realise sometimes
