I keep meaning to stay uptodate with the dieting threads, but they always seem to bypass me for some reason....
Anyway!
I'm not going to be able to make my next two Rosemary Conley classes

it's going to be tough, as the prospect of a weigh-in always kick starts me into "being good". How am I gonna cope for the next 3 weeks?! I don't know what it is, but if I don't lose, then I sorta feel like I'm letting our teacher down as she puts so much into our classes. So this also spurs me on in making sure I have a good week. Is that just me being weird....?

Since starting RC classes at the end of January I have lost a stone and a half - I just hope I can continue this
