I am very cross with myself I have put on 2lbs this week, I have given myself a good talking to . I always struggle after hitting a platuea and lose motivation. the only thing I am pleased about is that I have continued to weigh in even if I know its going to be bad news.

anybody have any tips on how to keep motivated when you keep hitting a brick wall :confused3

:hug: Sorry that you have put on this week Rachel, it doesn't help that it's half term too (it's so difficult when the kids are eating naughty stuff around you)

As for tips for motivation, I either find a photo when I was at my worst (and vow never to go back there), find a photo of when I was at my best (and vow to get back there asap) or hang up my tankini set/swimsuit and know I will be in it in a few weeks/months time :)
