:wave: Hey Guys, It's Monday, so that means back on the diet if like me, you have been a little off the rails over the weekend. One things for sure, I won't be stepping anywhere near some scales till Wednesday at the earliest :blush:

I forgot to say last week that I sts again, I have lost a little bit of focus and didnt have a very good weekend
I am hoping to get back on track today and find some enthusiasum although it did help when I got last years holiday shorts out and they are all way too big :thumbsup2

I have not been on here or got to ww for the past couple of weeks, been so busy with life so many things been going on- not an excuse by the way!!! I will be able to make this weeks meeting though

It was my fortnightly weigh in today and I lost 2lb which was very pleasing.
Total lost this year = 12lb

I keep meaning to stay uptodate with the dieting threads, but they always seem to bypass me for some reason....

Anyway!

I'm not going to be able to make my next two Rosemary Conley classes :( it's going to be tough, as the prospect of a weigh-in always kick starts me into "being good". How am I gonna cope for the next 3 weeks?! I don't know what it is, but if I don't lose, then I sorta feel like I'm letting our teacher down as she puts so much into our classes. So this also spurs me on in making sure I have a good week. Is that just me being weird....? :confused3:rotfl:

Since starting RC classes at the end of January I have lost a stone and a half - I just hope I can continue this :goodvibes

well done on everyone losses and sts :thumbsup2 i lost 1lb this week, was a little disappointed but then i did go out for dinner on friday and had 3 courses and one of them was deep fried calamari - so i should be glad i didnt gain lol! But i finally hit a big milestone that i was aiming for and i am officially 6 stone down in just over 6 months so i am over the moon!!!! I cant believe i have finally done it, but i am now 11 st 7 so i still have a little way to go to get to goal weight (thinking around 10 7, but i am not sure as people keep telling me not to lose anymore) but i am sure i will gain a little or maybe alot on hols in 3 weeks so it will def be back on the diet to shift a bit more when i get home but the shopping can now commence... i am off for a shopping trip with my friend on saturday and cant wait to spend hours trying everything on. Although i did grab some disney t-shirts in uniqlo for 7.99 each as i love a disney t-shirt!!! good luck for everyone elses weigh ins this week x
 
wow, am I glad I explored these boards a bit further today - this is just what I need.

I lost 2 and a half stones last year (still about 3 stone to go ideally) but this year I put back 7lbs. Had a really good March and lost 6lbs of it but, after what I believed to be a good week, I managed to gain 1lb last week which has sent me completely off the rails. So, weigh in day is tomorrow and if it's okay I'd like to use this thread to keep me on the straight and narrow, I so badly want to lose another stone before we go to Orlando in August as I don't fancy the heat with all this excess weight. Also trying to get DH to lose some as I'm nervous that he won't fit on the HP ride at Universal!

thank you for your support! Just done the evil deed and stepped on the scales - up another 2lbs :sad1: I'm following WW but to be honest I'm struggling to get to grips with it since they changed it to Pro Points.

Oh well, it's the start of another week and if I can gain 2lbs in a week surely I can lose it again?
 
Just back from WW and ive lost 4.5lbs this week.

However thats mostly down to the fact that i have had a nasty stomach bug and didnt eat for 2 days. Id love to keep it off but will see what the scales say next week.

Technically that has taken me to my original goal weight but ive decided to try and lose another few lbs. I have a lovely skirt that i want to get back into (comfortably) and im not quite there so im hoping a few pounds will do it.

LSF this year = 35.5lbs.

Just back from WW and ive lost 4.5lbs this week.

However thats mostly down to the fact that i have had a nasty stomach bug and didnt eat for 2 days. Id love to keep it off but will see what the scales say next week.

Technically that has taken me to my original goal weight but ive decided to try and lose another few lbs. I have a lovely skirt that i want to get back into (comfortably) and im not quite there so im hoping a few pounds will do it.

I lost the plot a few weeks ago and hv managed to put on the 3 odd kilo i lost SO iv joined slimming world tonight. I am going to try the new plan extra easy but im a bit confused. I know there are s,ss and free foods but what can i eat in between meals is it just fruit and veg off the super free list. I know i hv to hv equal portion sizes of the 3 for meals but is this 3 times a day asin bfast lunch dinner or can i hv a jacket pot and beans mid afternoon if i was hungry?? Hope someone understands wht i mean.
 
I've been away for a few days with my Brownies so I've not been able to follow the WW programme properly this week. Still I'm very happy to have STS.

So loss this week 0 lb total so far 29½ lbs.

(However I was given 3 Easter eggs by different Brownies as a thank you for taking them away. I found out at tonight's meeting that these are 22 propoints each!!!!)

OOhh lovely on the lips naughty on the hips:happytv: Very nice though and lucky you 3 easter eggs already. Its hard when we are on diets and people buy chocolate. I know I feel obligated to eat it. I wish they did diet chocolate easter eggs :lmao:

I am pleased to report that after Jules's boozy 40th birthday celebrations last weekend I have managed to STS this week :banana:

So my vital statistics are still

LSF -14lbs + STS = :cool1: - 1 stone :cool1:
