I lost 2 lbs this week.

I lost 3.5lb - really pleased with that so off to a good start :banana:

I forgot to say i didnt go last wk to ww as i had a bad cold and lost my voice as well-everyone was made up here though :lmao:
anyway went tonight and was shocked that i had lost 1lb :) so now altogether i have lost 6 1/2lbs :banana: so if i behave this next wk i should easily get to my half stone ;)

ive been weighed and im still under goal weight ( by 0.5lb ) so im happy with that :cool1:

Hi everyone. I would like to join in again please.....I have just got back from re-joining Slimming World.

I have got a very loooonnnngggg way to go but feel rather proud of myself for actually walking back through the doors & facing the scales. I am loving the new extra easy plan they do now, I am quite a fussy eater so it suits me down to the ground. I will post my results every Wednesday evening. :)

No point soup, no point veg curry, carrot sticks, low cal coleslaw ... - they're OK for a while but I'm soon trawling the kitchen again:rolleyes1! I'm on 19 points at the moment. When I was on 23 a couple of years ago it was so easy.

oh dear, you are right the lower points you are on the harder it is :hug:
 
Nothing worse than feeling hungry. I don't know how the points system works myself as I just calorie count. I don't feel hungry all of the time.
