Well done :thumbsup2 according to my wii fit ive gained a few pounds since my last weigh in. weigh in isnt until thursday so ive got time to limit the damage.

Hi everyone - well done on your losses so far - I have yet again STS - but really I don't expect to be losing at the moment because I really am not trying as hard as I should be - so to be honest I am going to bid farewell to this thread for now, at least until I find some inspiration and motivation and above all will-power. I can never lose weight during the winter months as I tend to suffer with S.A.D. which makes me want to eat a lot of the wrong stuff. If I can get to January and still weigh what I do now then I will be happy - if I lose any it will be great, but I feel a fraud coming on this thread when everyone else is trying so hard and I know I am not really motivated :(
It has really been stressing me out during the last few weeks.:guilty::guilty:

January hopefully will bring motivation to lose weight for my skiing holiday at the end of February, at the end of which I will be on a 6 month countdown to my Disney cruise, which hopefully will be all the motivation I need. Do I want to look like a beached whale on Castaway Cay - not a chance!

So good luck to all of you wonderful people who are managing to lose weight .... I hope to see you all again in January :hug::hug::hug::hug:
 

Sorry to see you go Sarah, holidays are a great motivation so perhaps you will be more motivated in January as you say. Don't feel guilty, the willpower only comes from within, when it is right you will be all switched on for it.:goodvibes

Sarah have you tried a light box I suffer terribly with S A D and have found my light box has really helped :hug:

well i weighed myself today but i think the scales were a bit dodgy, either that or i gained 1 stone :scared1:
think i prob have gained as my wii fit has shown a gain this week (2lbs)
just going to wait until i can go to my usual scales next week ;)
im hoping to get the wii fit plus for christmas ;) so after that i will just prob go by my wii fit scales in Jan. Hopefully i can set a final goal then! :banana:

Well its the start of a new week :cool1:
I know a lot of you have half term this week,it was half term for us in Leicestershire last week. So ive got the house back to myself :banana:

got lots of ingredients to make lots of things-mainly soup and mince/bolognese/chilli mixes. :)
going to do some wii exercise in a minute:thumbsup2

after being absent from ww last week, i got weighed tonight and had put on 1/2lb so thats not bad!:wizard:
 
Can I join in? First weigh in on Monday. Lost 20lbs in spring but have not been great summer - autumn. Afraid to get back on the scales.
