Hi everyone - well done on your losses so far - I have yet again STS - but really I don't expect to be losing at the moment because I really am not trying as hard as I should be - so to be honest I am going to bid farewell to this thread for now, at least until I find some inspiration and motivation and above all will-power. I can never lose weight during the winter months as I tend to suffer with S.A.D. which makes me want to eat a lot of the wrong stuff. If I can get to January and still weigh what I do now then I will be happy - if I lose any it will be great, but I feel a fraud coming on this thread when everyone else is trying so hard and I know I am not really motivated
It has really been stressing me out during the last few weeks.
January hopefully will bring motivation to lose weight for my skiing holiday at the end of February, at the end of which I will be on a 6 month countdown to my Disney cruise, which hopefully will be all the motivation I need. Do I want to look like a beached whale on Castaway Cay - not a chance!
So good luck to all of you wonderful people who are managing to lose weight .... I hope to see you all again in January![]()
I wont be going to ww tonight, as i'm going out for a meal!
