That's not too bad for a Florida trip and if you get right back into your diet, it should come off fairly quickly.

I joined WW last night and my "starting weight" was 10st 11lbs with a goal weight of 10st. I'd already weighed myself that morning (pre breakfast and no clothes on - as you do ;) ) and the difference between first thing in the morning and late afternoon (wearing clothes and having just eaten dinner) was 5lbs. I think I'll switch to a morning class, wear some skimpy shorts I'll and be half way to my goal already :rotfl:

As it's the October 1st and a mere 12 weeks until Christmas :santa: I decided it was time to weigh-in and concentrate on losing the pounds that have crept on since the summer... :rolleyes:

I am pleased as I only seem to gained 3lbs during my trip to Florida - and that includes 7 nights on the Disney Magic!!! Anyway, the aim is to lose a minimum of 7lbs so I'm going to take it slow and steady - you know the sort of thing: sensible eating and returning to the gym after virtually a 3 month break!!! :headache:

I went in 2000 and lost 54 lbs.! Then went back to work and gained it all back plus 30 more,,yep! I know Iam bad! I did not watch what I ate and I did not walk. I am embarassed to admit it! Anyway most important is I joined again! I have a personal goal in my mind,,,I want to lose 60 lbs.! It will take a while but I can do it! I keep my Disney trip in mind! We are going in Mar. 2010! I never want my picture taken because I do not like how I look. My family does not know this! I have three wonderful "kids" and an amazing hubby!:love: Anyway, sorry for the long post just needed to vent!
I will be back to check in! I have read each post on this thread! CONGRATS!!!! to each of your weight losses!!!:banana:

Hi, welcome to the dis dieters. good luck with reaching your target...i lost over 60lb when i joined ww so it can be done ! :hug:

Well done everyone :) Glad to still see so many of us here now that we're nearly in October!! :scared1:

Another consistent week of STS for me. I've booked myself in at the gym on Friday for an induction too. I've been to a different gym under the membership I have, and enjoyed it, but this one's closer to home, so I'm hoping it'll motivate me to use it more, alongside my classes through the week - fingers crossed!

I managed to loose 1.1kg which means I've got 4kg left to get to goal :woohoo: I'm going to join WW on Wednesday and loose the last 4kg with them so that I can become a gold member.

Hey everyone, sorry been a bit absent the past week. went away the other weekend and came back feeling really ill with flu-really drained me.
feeling a lot better the last few days so hoping to get back on track today. :)

there a christmas challenge starting on the SW site i use so hopefully that will keep me a bt more motivated.
