Put on a four pounds over the last month but now I'm back on track. Got my trainers out of the wardrobe, the pedometer out of the drawer and I'm starting back at the gym tomorrow - this is where it gets serious!
I've lost a stone (and kept it off) each of the last two years and I want to do the same this year so I get to my final target weight. Good luck everyone...

) Anyway this diet is all about how you should eat every 3 hours (you can see what appealed to me!) so that your body does not go into starvation mode, I think Jorge is really popular in the USA where I bought the book (impulse buy at MCO) so Im hoping that it works.
